+ -1 moreCompany called right back after I emailed them and indicated that Courtney would call to set something up today. Courtney called and told me that she had availability at 2:15 today. at 2:10 she called to cancel and said that she had double booked and couldn't come until Monday. I told her I was all set and she said okay. I understand that something can happen but there could have been better communication, not at the last minute and she was the one who arranged the time.
Description of Work: E mailed for an estimate to have my home cleaned.
