I was very happy with Metro Masonry. They were professional and came for the estimate in a timely manner. The proposal was clear and the price they quoted me was very good. Metro Masonry suggested that in order to do a good job all the mortar above ground should be ground out and repointed. He explained what kind of mortar he would use and that he would match any replaced bricks with others from the same time period. Other companies wanted to repoint only parts of the foundation and their estimates were quite a bit higher. After signing the proposal they were able to schedule the job quite quickly. It took only two days to cut and repoint all of the bricks. They cleaned up the area after it was done. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

Metro Masonry lived near the house and because they have a good rating, I contacted him. He was very prompt in responding to my phone call. I checked his priced with my nephew who was a mason and he said that the price was right on. He was very prompt on doing it and when he actually got up there to look at it, he had let me know that the line to my chimney was no good and he had to order a stainless steel liner. Just with the dealings with him, I am very confident. I asked him if there was a leak around the chimney and if it is guaranteed that he will come back. He said absolutely yes because there was still a flashing that needs to be replaced. He was always there when he said he would be and he is very professional. He contacted me by phone and by email so I got my invoice that way. I was very pleased.

They were very good and I liked them a lot. They were great and it went very well. They came when they said they were going to come. They worked the job in quickly so that the driveway could be paved. Jim, the owner, is very pleasant and an easy guy to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Metro Masonry went the extra mile and installed drain tube below the walkway and extending out away from the entry way.  The work was done in a professional manner.  The results are spectacular!  Metro Masonry is top notch!

He did a marvelous job. He was really great. He proved to be a very nice man. He was very competent, reasonable and was always on time. He did all the work on time. He was out everyday without any excuses. He gave me a quote and everything was perfect. If you are looking for a mason, he is the man. He is very good. The project cost me $8000. He gave me the lowest quote of all the masons I had contacted. I will hire him again in the future.

They were done in much less time then estimated and below budget.

They were very respectful of my property. They did major renovations and, since I work from home, I did not have to leave at all. They also did some minor fixes and did not "nickel and dime" me for it. They have a lot of experience with older foundations. I would definitely recommend them to others.
