The whole process was very satisfactory

We went to Angie's List first for possible Mortgage Brokers. We made an inquiry of Mr. Mitschele and other Brokers outside of the List, and eventually settled on Mr. Mitschele. He selected appropriate partners including an Appraisor, Bank, and Title company (Baxter Title: The principle, Mr. James Lemieux was also very helpful).
