Description of Work: Peter Mitschele is a Senior Loan Office at the Meridian Mortgage Group. He had been recommended to us by friends, and our experience was great. Peter was courteous, very informative, and obtained a very good rate for our mortgage refinancing. We may use Peter again if the rates continue to go down.

 + -1 moreWe went to Angie's List first for possible Mortgage Brokers. We made an inquiry of Mr. Mitschele and other Brokers outside of the List, and eventually settled on Mr. Mitschele. He selected appropriate partners including an Appraisor, Bank, and Title company (Baxter Title: The principle, Mr. James Lemieux was also very helpful).
Description of Work: Mr. Mitschele responded to our inquiry regarding the re-financing of our home, immediately and was able to initiate the appraisal, choose, and select with our assistance an appropriate interest rate. This was a very smooth transaction.
