"I would like to respond to this review by first saying that as the owner of LST Landscaping Inc. if I had know of any issues regarding this we would have resolved them immediately. The first thing that is incorrect is the price. The cost was not $700 - it was $475. We were hired by Mr. [member name removed] to install loam, seed and straw to the bare areas of the rear yard. We quoted this at 6 yards including installation, delivery, seed and straw. We were not asked about compacting the area nor was it included in our proposal. We use premium blend grass seed from Skillin's Greenhouses in Falmouth. I would also like to add that this was performed 1 year ago - in early June, 2013. We did inform the homeowner that the area would need to be watered regularly and recommended a fertilization program which would encourage and build the new grass growth. Unfortunately we have no control over the frequency of the watering or fertilizing therefore do now feel as though the grass quality should be a poor reflection of our company. Again had this been brought to our attention we would have worked with the homeowner last summer to find a solution."
