Lockard's Collision Center

After someone backed into my fender, I made an appointment with Lockard's and they were great. They even noticed that the front bumper cover had some damage on the other side (unrelated to the accident) and called asking if I wanted to do that work at the same time (since they had to remove the front bumper to replace the fender anyway). I paid separately for that, and appreciate that they let me know it would save me quite a bit of labor to do both jobs at the same time. I highly recommend Lockard's!

They did a beautiful job, on my brand-new Audi! I would highly recommend. They also provided me with a free loaner vehicle which is above and beyond.

I brought my 2012 Nissan Sentra to Lockards after being rear-end. My bumper was damaged. My trunk got bent a bit and I needed a whole new tail light, pocket and all. They were very friendly and really good about explaining how they do estimates. I was impressed with their walk through of the damage. They just knew where to look for parts that were going to be damaged from a rear accident, that I definitely wouldn't have thought of. I think it was Jim who did the estimate and he was very good about taking pictures and explaining how certain parts react after being hit like that. Prior to this accident I had scratched the front passenger side fender deep enough that touch-up paint wasn't going to cut it, and had broken my drivers side mirror. So I asked them for a quote on how much it would be to fix those bits with official Nissan products (since my car was still very new I wanted genuine.) Their quote was a lot more reasonable than one I received from a nissan garage so I decided to hire them to fix those issues while they were repairing the accident damage. Everything went really smoothly. They offered to house my car in their giant garage while they were waiting for parts to come in. This was was great because we were suppose to get rain and my trunk being bent made it susceptible to water damage. They hooked me up with a rental car right away and about a week later I got my car back looking brand new. They took me around the car, showed me what they ended up doing so I felt quite well informed. They did an awesome job fixing the scratch on the fender and blending the paint in. You can't tell at all. Which made me extremely please because that was the part of the job I paid out of pocket, not covered by insurance. The damage from being rear-ended was also fixed spectacularly. There were two parts they were still waiting on getting in (a small clip for a grocery net in my trunk and a "sentra" emblem sticker for the trunk) so in the mean time they let me take my car back. They were very punctual about calling me once those other two pieces came in. I would definitely go back to them. It was such a smooth and painless experience. Not to mention my car looks fabulous.

Not only was the work very well done but they washed the exterior of the vehicle, vacumed the floor mats and cleaned the console.

I am very satisfied with the work. Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, the reason was that they discovered damage to a steering component that was not visible during the initial inspection and estimate. If the damage had not been found, tires would have certainly been worn out prematurely and a possibility of another accident due to steering difficulty might have happened. They also drove me home after I dropped the vehicle off for repair. A nice "extra", I thought.
