The kind of good service I get from Lex Connection makes me feel like I'm back in the 1950's. These people are friendly, helpful, professional and most important honest. They take good care of me and my Toyotas. Thank you Kevin.

They were excellent. They’re lower than any other car dealer for sure. Another place was going to charge $110 for labor, Lex Connection was $65. They were very responsive. They couldn’t have been more professional, everybody there is effective, and they only work on Toyotas. Any kind of a Toyota or a truck, or a Lexus, my little Prius, they do it all; and they are really good.

Have had my Toyota Sienna Van serviced there for the last several years. Outstanding customer service, honesty and work ethic. The only drawback is they only work on Toyota brands or they would be swamped with business.

They are good mechanics, courtesy and nice waiting room.

I made an appointment at Lex Connection and I took it right in.  They diagnosed the problem

and fixed it within an hour.  Not only would I recommend them to anyone, I still use them.  Awesome service, friendly atmosphere and an abundance of knowledge/

They are superb! They are absolutely the best. They provide great service; keep a clean shop, and keep up with auto education. They always tell you what's wrong with your car and fix it so that you never have to go back. They are straight shooters and will even loan you a car for free if they need to work on your car longer than expected.

Have been taking 2006 Lexus ES330 to Lex Connection since car was owned for 1 year. Bought car new from dealer but found their regular maintenance charges to be double. Lex Connection has 100% of required service to the vehicle and it still runs and rides like new. They know my car inside and out and have never recommended superfluous work. Recently bought 2008 Lexus RX 400h for wife with high mileage from them. Since they had serviced car from the start of its life I knew it was a good purchase for a fair price. Lexus cars will go 300,000 miles if maintained properly-that's what we expect to get from our vehicles because Lex Connection does such a great job!

Very well! The service was explained and performed as described and the final charge was close to the estimate so there were no surprises!

Work was done within the time frame given and thoroughly explained as to the need. Also alerted me to other areas they would be monitoring. All staff are extremely professional and are able to quote accurate prices with no sudden surprises. I always feel that when my Toyota Sienna is serviced here, it is looked at and worked on by somebody who takes pride in their work, the outcome and the customer's satisfaction

I especially wanted the car buffed and scratches taken out if possible. LexConnection worked within my budget and put together a package just for me. When I picked it up, it was ready early, more was done than I'd expected and it was less than the estimate!

Showed up for my appointment and my car was taken right in. Minimum wait time in a comfortable waiting room. Work accomplished and car washed, and I was on my way home. Quality fo work has always been top notch and problem free. Price beat the dealer by a good margin. (As usual) These guys are the best. If I ask about needing something done and it isn't necessary yet or at all, THEY SAY SO!
They are a Toyota and Lexus shop only.

They are less expensive than getting it done by the dealer and they are a license Lexus service center. They get everything done on time if not early. They always wash inside and outside.
