 + -1 moreThey were excellent. They’re lower than any other car dealer for sure. Another place was going to charge $110 for labor, Lex Connection was $65. They were very responsive. They couldn’t have been more professional, everybody there is effective, and they only work on Toyotas. Any kind of a Toyota or a truck, or a Lexus, my little Prius, they do it all; and they are really good.
Description of Work: It was basically an oil change, a lube job and stuff like that. It was more of a lube job they did, I can’t come up with it. They probably did something else.

 + -1 moreHave had my Toyota Sienna Van serviced there for the last several years. Outstanding customer service, honesty and work ethic. The only drawback is they only work on Toyota brands or they would be swamped with business.

Description of Work: The organization deserves an excellent rating as far as I'm concerned. The front desk staff is excellent - professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and competent. The mechanics are all factory trained. LexConnection has among the lowest labor rates for high end price vehicles - $65.00/hour vs the dealer-$95.00/hour. Everything about this company from the waiting area to the maintenance shop speaks ""first class"" Only Toyotas (all models) are serviced. Although a small shop it has a loyal following (me for instance).I would recommend any Toyota owner to give LexConnection a try the next time you need to have your vehicle serviced. They also sell pre-owned Toyota cars, generally quality vehicles such as lexus, Avalon, etc. [Removed member information]

Description of Work: Brake work and inspection. It was ready when expected and half of what another shop wanted. In addition, he tapped out a huge dent I had in my left front quarter panel for no charge. I guess he just didn't want any car leaving his lot not looking it's best. That speaks volumes about this owner's |work ethic. I will use these guys forever, as long as they can squeeze me in.

 + -1 moreI made an appointment at Lex Connection and I took it right in. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Not only would I recommend them to anyone, I still use them. Awesome service, friendly atmosphere and an abundance of knowledge/
Description of Work: I had a 4Runner that started to roughly. Other garages couldn't figure what needed to be done and one garage told me to sell it quickly because it couldn't be fixed.

They always tell you what's wrong with your car and fix it so that you never have to go back. They are straight shooters and will even loan you a car for free if they need to work on your car longer than expected.

Description of Work: I have been having my Avalon service done here for a few years and have had only the most positive experiences. I took my Avalon in to have them fix a window that wouldn't go down, to solve a problem with a seat belt and to check a problem with the drop-down pocket on the door. It was taken in for service at the scheduled time and about 15" later the serviceman came into the waiting room, sat down beside me and explained what he had done. None of it was serious but he had taken time. I was not charged anything. The car was washed and vacuumed, with a bottle of water on the passenger's seat.. The waiting room is clean and pleasant, with good current magazines, candy in a bowl, beverages, etc. Lex Connection makes the auto repair experience positive in every way, and t positive in every way and they charge lower prices than others who don't do as well. I highly recommend Lex Connection to anyone who has a Lexus or Toyota.

 + 1 moreHave been taking 2006 Lexus ES330 to Lex Connection since car was owned for 1 year. Bought car new from dealer but found their regular maintenance charges to be double. Lex Connection has 100% of required service to the vehicle and it still runs and rides like new. They know my car inside and out and have never recommended superfluous work. Recently bought 2008 Lexus RX 400h for wife with high mileage from them. Since they had serviced car from the start of its life I knew it was a good purchase for a fair price. Lexus cars will go 300,000 miles if maintained properly-that's what we expect to get from our vehicles because Lex Connection does such a great job!
Description of Work: Regular 5,000 maintenance including oil and filter change, tire rotation, fluid top off, safety inspection.

Description of Work: I not only bought my Lexus RX300 from the LexConnection but also had them perform all the service and maintenance on the vehicle. In all cases, I was very satisfied with the diagnosis and service, and when I needed a loaner car, they were accommodating. They are reasonably priced regarding the hourly rate, and I would use them again without hesitation.

All staff are extremely professional and are able to quote accurate prices with no sudden surprises.  + -1 moreShowed up for my appointment and my car was taken right in. Minimum wait time in a comfortable waiting room. Work accomplished and car washed, and I was on my way home. Quality fo work has always been top notch and problem free. Price beat the dealer by a good margin. (As usual) These guys are the best. If I ask about needing something done and it isn't necessary yet or at all, THEY SAY SO! They are a Toyota and Lexus shop only.
Description of Work: 45,000 mi. check, including complete vehicle inspection(brakes, exhaust, warning systems,lighting and suspension), oil change, filter, tire rotation and pressure check, check of all fluids and adjustment as needed.
