Overall the project went very well, and we are very happy with the results.  Jake and his crew arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day.  They were easy to work with, and responsive to the few minor problems that we found and a few last-minute changes.  The job was originally scheduled to take about four weeks, and ended up taking closer to seven weeks, but the delays were caused by our tile supplier.  Jake did a good job working with them, and expediting the installation once all of the materials were available.
Before and during the job, Jake was pretty easy to get in touch with, and replied to e-mails or phone calls within a reasonable time. When the job was done, we discussed a follow-on job to spruce up our mudroom.  Jake said he was interested in the work, but given how busy his crew was, he would not be able to start for a couple of months.  Since we were not in a big hurry, we said that was fine.  Since then, however, we have not been able to get an estimate for this work even though he indicated again that he was interested in doing it.  This is the reason for the low grade for Responsiveness.

Jake is a true professional and his team was very impressive - the craftsmanship, service, attention to detail was top notch. Things went wrong and were addressed before we even knew about them, and Jake kept coming back to check on everything and make sure it was  perfect. We were so happy with the kitchen work that we brought him back to redo our front steps and entry door, and do some additional work on the walls/lighting in the front hall. He is fast and his team is experienced on all the necessary pieces - from carpentry to electrical and tile and drywall. He was exactly on time and budget for both projects. He will be our choice for all future work! We found him to be responsive via email and text if we had any questions or issues.

There were some delays with the delivery of the cabinets. Some arrived that were not made to specifications. Jake handled all of the details of returning the incorrectly made cabinets and getting the supplier to provide the correct ones. And he was able to work his schedule around this delay to complete the job as soon as possible. Also there was a problem with the grout around some tiles; Jake was available to come back within 2 days or our call in order to fix it. During the repair, he noticed that a couple of the cabinet doors had started to warp. He has ordered replacements from the company and will come out to install the new doors when they arrive. There were no additional charges for repairing the grout or for the cabinet doors.
Jake and Matt are 100% reliable and professional and are committed to customer satisfaction. I am planning on hiring them again to remodel the deck on the back of our house and to repair our barn.

They did an excellent job. They used quality materials and their construction techniques were superior. They showed up on time and finished based on the schedule they gave me.

They were awesome and the crew was great. I will continue to use them in future.
