KILTON APPLIANCE REPAIR

Our fridge died immediately before a major holiday, completely stocked with fresh food. We scrambled to put what was salvageable into coolers. It was early in the morning when I started calling all the best-rated Angie's List refrigerator repair people. All of the places I called went straight to voicemail. A few called back and said they couldn't do it for up to a week. I found Kilton, thanks to a vague sticker someone had placed inside my refrigerator door, which read "For Fast Service Call xxx-xxxx" and surprisingly, someone picked up! Even more surprisingly, that someone was available later on in the day! (He never gave his name). He said he would be at my house that afternoon, and that he'd give me a call to give me a heads-up when he was on his way! I canceled the appointment I had penciled in, two days out, with a different repair service. Then I waited for Kilton....all day. My husband had rearranged his entire day to be home when the service person showed up. At 4 pm we called Kilton --no answer. We left a voice mail. I called again at 5 --no answer. We left another voice mail. That's when I knew he had left me high and dry. I would have continued calling other repair people if I had known Kilton wasn't going to show up! It was cruel and totally unprofessional. All our food was wasted and my husband was late, for nothing. Not cool, Kilton.
