Description of Work: I am presently trying to have Allure vinyl plank installed in my kitchen/hall. Also carpet installed in the Family room. The measure man was fine. I decided to order only the Allure planks and have my carpenter do the install. Instead of being billed for only the planks, they billed me for Everything including the install charges. After getting that straightened out , I waited a month for the call that the Allure planks were in.. I called and was told that order was cancelled! Then I received a call hours later that the Found my Planks. They had been put on the floor for sale. I do not think I need to go any further in this review as nothing got better.

 + 0 moreHome Depots are all pretty much the same. Some employees are great, some are just okay. Sometimes the service is good, sometimes it needs improvement. Basically, we use it because the prices are okay, they've got a huge collection. One stop shopping, it's convenient.
Description of Work: I bought a paintbrush in Home Depot Inc 2 weeks ago.

 + 0 moreThis was a miserable experience. The installation was delayed for two weeks because they got the order wrong. The worker came unprepared to do the job so he had to come back. They barely acknowledged their mistakes.
Description of Work: Their contractor installed carpet.
