Home Depots are all pretty much the same. Some employees are great, some are just okay. Sometimes the service is good, sometimes it needs improvement. Basically, we use it because the prices are okay, they've got a huge collection. One stop shopping, it's convenient.

This was a miserable experience. The installation was delayed for two weeks because they got the order wrong. The worker came unprepared to do the job so he had to come back. They barely acknowledged their mistakes.
