HARBORVIEW PROPERTIES

Tim Seekamp listed my condo for sale.  I had used him in the past and was very satisfied.  This time, I had to contact Tim every step of the way.  I took many of the photos with my iphone for the online listing.  After an open house, I had to contact him to find out how it went after not hearing from him for 24 hours.  Tim did not let me know when he showed the condo, or how those showings went.  He was late requesting information for the closing of the condo, which resulted in late fees charged to me.  Tim was also late to the closing, which caused some confusion with key exchange and purchase of washer/dryer at the closing, which had to be done afterwards.  I would not use him again for sale or purchase of a property.

As first time home buyers, Harborview Properties were great to work with. They were extremely helpful and personable. We were very impressed with their dedication to our needs, especially driving in a snow storm to drop off paperwork and accompanying us to our home inspection just a few days before Christmas.
