It was terrible. Flare it up, where any grass we can't get in and out of our house. The yard is dug up. Have my driveway destroyed and my plant, including trees. He left 48 yards of sand and debris that they were supposed to haul away that I had paid to get rid of it. Now, I'm here finding someone to refill because he didn't even get. Get done and needs to dig it up and do it all over. That footing that he put in and do it all over to be re excavated and done 'properly. And I have to hire a lawyer because he didn't do what he said and have nothing to show for it. The first time he excavated I didn't know, it was wrong until I'm trying to get somebody to fix this and nobody will touch it and no good. He excavated and put it all on the frost wall but it's wrong and not right. I've had different people and service provider come and say it's no good. It has to be redone. We're going to have water in this whole thing that he did not finished and he stole my $25000 without doing the job properly. On top of that, he charged me for work he never finished and he was supposed to be buying the lumber to do the building and give back the deposit to me. In all in July 2nd, And never bought anything. He did not refunded my money even texted me and said, I owe you. After that in November, he said, I owe you money but never gave me the money back. The police went to me, he said, he'll see me in court.
