Sales personnel were wonderful as was the project manager who came to do the measuring and oversee the project. However the installers, while doing an adequate floor job, showed total indifference to the well being of my property, an attitude culminating in them going for lunch and leaving my garage wide open AND THE DOOR TO MY KITCHEN WIDE OPEN, with heat pouring out into the cold garage. While we had only started to move in, there still were a number of things that could have been stolen or vandalized, the project manager was apologetic but I had to press for a discount due to installer stupidity. It finally was granted. I would consider using this firm again, but will not leave my house while work is being done.
