I called Mike late on a Friday and he got back to me first thing Monday morning and was at the house by 8:15 that morning. We had discussed the issue on the phone and he came equipped with everything needed to complete the job. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. He got the job done quickly and answered all my questions as he went along. i was not expecting to be able to get this done so quickly during the holidays. Mike was terrific!

Mike is fantastic. Absolutely the best. He also fixed a couple of other things while he was here and even set me up with a great furnace guy (Joe Scott Plumbing & Heating, also wonderful service). Would highly recommend.

Mike was prompt and professional, and obviously has a lot of knowledge from his years on the job. If you're lucky enough to catch him at a time when he's taking on new clients, you've found a reliable plumber for life!

Great. Mike was gracious both on the phone and in person. He found an issue and tried various solves to fully scope the pipes. He offered additional thoughts on other pipes he saw in the crawl space. He videotapes the scope and provides a cd to the customer. He was referred to me by my sister and I would definitely hire him again. Next time I do this, I will schedule sewer scope and home inspection at different times.

Great job! I was particularly impressed by Mike's emphasis on teaching me about how the system worked. The DVD he gave us of the system and the way he helped melocate all the underground parts of the system will be extremely helpful if this problems ever recurs.

Mike gave me a good education on the structure of the line as well as showing me where it went down to the public line
He explained everything as he went and made sure I had all the information for the future including a DVD of the condition of the line for future use. He was a few minutes early but called first to make sure it was okay. Considering the business , Mike was very neat and careful. As it turned out , the line was no where near where I thought it was. great job.

Quick to answer calls and set up appointment for estimate.  Friendly service, but price was too high.

Everything went as well as can be expected Matt was the plumbers name very good job.

Mike had the right part in his truck and the cost was minimal. He explained everything and was very nice. I have worked with him before on a sewer cleaning job and that experience was great also. 

I have used Mike before and he is super responsive and punctual. hs past work has involved responding to basement flodding emergencies

He was just great. I give him a high recommendation as well. He knew exactly what he needed to do. We had to find the exit to the street and he saw that it was the original plumbing so we had to cut the cap off. He had to pull the line down. He encountered some roots in the system and he cleared that out and he showed me that the line had been cleared. He cleaned up all the area and he left. He's a really nice person.

When we arrived at the house for the inspection Mike arrived at the same time. He quickly got to work and in a few minutes called me in to take a look at the monitor. He replayed the whole scope from the house to the connection with the street. He found a couple of odd things, one of which might be an issue. He was very honest in stating that it was unclear exactly what was going on but that work might have to be done. He also suggested two companies to get estimates from as he didn't do that type of work. He was very helpful when I called him several days later to discuss the estimates we got and the severity of the issue. All in all he was very knowledgeable and competent. In the future he will be my first call for any plumbing issues I can't handle myself.

His price is very reasonable. He did excellent work. I was very pleased.

We have been using them for five years. He comes out once a year to make random repairs. He has also installed a sink in the past. We have a steam heating system, and he is really skilled in those types of boilers. It is helpful that this heating system is his specialty. His rates are reasonable. He is reliable and will try to come out within twenty-four hours. He is very educational and teaches us to fix things ourselves in the future.

He is good and reasonable.   He is one of the best plumbers around.

Mike arrived promptly at the arranged time and quickly evaluated the problem. The repair options and the associated costs were explained. The work was completed quickly and the area was left cleaner than it was before.

Mike came recommended and did an excellent job. Tenant was pleased, job was done quickly and area left clean.  We are very pleased and he is permanently on our list!
