Unit showed up onetime and in proper location. Unit was very clean and and included hand sanitizer. Contact with the company via phone has been professional. It included weekly service. The did let it go 10 days one week,but when Icalled they showed up the same day.

Needed routine cleaning of the septic tank. Recently purchased home that the tank had not been cleaned in over 8 years. Contacted Scarborough Septic by phone, arranged for service. We agreed that I would locate and uncover covers but the company offered to do it if needed for a nominal fee. Work performed as agreed, on time, on price and very professional. Very pleased with results and would use them again when needed.
