Description of Work: They fixed a vacuum. I don't remember what the problem was, but they took care of it quickly and it was fixed properly. The only thing I don't like is that there's a non-refundable $30 estimate and they're not inexpensive.

 + -1 moreThese guys are great. There have been occasions when they have been able to fix the problem immediately. When vacuums needed to be left for repair, they were ready in a matter of a few days. They do only as much as is necessary to remedy the problem and we are told upfront what it's expected to cost. Although they sell high end vacuums, they have never tried to talk us into the purchase of a new machine. Once, when I asked about a new vacuum, they sold me one that had been traded in for a very reasonable price. Their business reminds me of the many repair shops that used to exist; like walking back in time and feeling that they care to give the best and most affordable service possible. I'm a loyal, happy customer!
Description of Work: On my last visit, I simply purchased some bags for one of my vacuums. On numerous occasions in the past, we have brought vacuums for repair, including some that were salvaged from the dump or purchased at yard sales.
