 + -1 more**This report is written on behalf of my father with his authorization** On 11/26/2011, deposit of $1500 was paid to ABL Electric for a 7 KW electric start, portable generator and installation. The total price for the job was $2,675.00. The generator was supposed to be "on order" as of 12/7/2011. After multiple phone calls, and being told lies and excuses for the following weeks, the job was canceled by voicemail and letter on 1/14/2012. A demand for a refund of the deposit was made at that time. On 2/10/2012 Brian LaFrance, the owner of ABL Electric, said the check is in the mail and should be received by 2/13/2012. More than three months after commencing business with ABL Electric, there is still no generator and the deposit has not been refunded.
Description of Work: Hired to provide and install a generator.
