I hired A&B Painting to paint two bedrooms that hadn’t been updated in over thirty years. The ceilings were cracked and wallpaper needed to be removed. The team that came to my home we’re very efficient and professional. The ceiling and walls look like new. I would definitely hire them again for any painting project

I would hire Joe and his group again in a heartbeat. He was always punctual, did the job in the time indicated on the contract and did a beautiful job. They always cleaned up at the end of the day too which I really appreciated. Joe always kept me in the loop as to what was going on.

We are very happy with the work A & B Painting completed on our house... Brian was a great communicator throughout the process. We were particularly impressed by the time spent on getting just the right paint and stain matches for the job. Brian and Joe completed the work on schedule and left our house looking brand new!

They did an excellent job repairing our damaged kitchen ceiling that other companies would not tackle at a fair and affordable price. They were professional, punctual and respectful. I would not hesitate recommending and hiring them for future projects.

Brian and his crew were absolutely terrific. They were responsive to our initial inquiry, came in a timely manner to do an estimate. Put us on their calendar and showed up when promised. Did a beautiful job on the painting, taking care of those small details that make such a difference. Cleaned up when finished. Did small bits of carpentry that were needed--quoted a very reasonable price for that part ($250). Charged us exactly what was estimated for the painting with no hidden or added costs. Were courteous, considerate, communicative, reliable, professional, and thorough. I hope they stay in business forever so that we can hire them again when we need another painting!

Brian and Joe were professional, prompt, respectful and skilled. They did a beautiful job in a timely manner at fair price. I already re-hired them for another room and plan to use them for future projects.

Overall I was very satisfied with the work.

They were super affordable and they made everything easy. While they were painting my house, they came across some rotted wood. They replaced the wood, which I appreciated as bees had gotten into the rotted area. They were pleasant to work with and the quality of work was outstanding.

It was great! Excellent communication about when they were going to work and what they were going to do, and all work was performed as bid and expected.

Brian was great.  Showed up on time, did a great - clean job and charged a reasonable amount.

During the job they were highly communicative and professional. On the job site (restaurant construction) they additionally offered to help with other odd jobs.

A&b are true professionals with affordable rates.   Whether interior or exterior painting, we trust them to do various jobs at our venues around town.  They are definitely perfectionists and that is always appreciated when looking and hiring painters.   Reasonable rates and always punctual, which is very much appreciated.

I was very impressed by their services. Their prices were very fair, they were a pleasure to have around, they did an extremely neat job, and I was delighted with the results. The next time I have to paint my home, either inside our out, I will definitely use them. They were flexible about their workspace, and were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout the duration of their project. They also had good aesthetic insights, which can be hard to find in a house painter. Highly recommend!

The project went very well. Brian is very professional, down to earth and knowledgeable. He is realistic and a good communicator. Throughout the project, as we had concerns and questions, he addressed them promptly and thoroughly. When we ran into some difficulty accepting the paint color we had chosen for them to put on the walls (too pink in tone), Brian provided additional quote to put new paint color on and provided suggestions for what we might choose. I think he did great fielding questions from a range of condo owners.

The job was done a lot faster than I expected and with very little impact.  I've known Brian for years and worked with him on other jobs, so I knew to call him.  I have been getting compliments from neighbors and even my local legislator on how the house looks, and how much better it looks now than before.  

The only things that I would have liked done were beyond my budget at that point.  What was done still went beyond some of my expectations.  I think if I had a bigger budget, I would have asked for a few extra things to be included with the job, but our money was limited.  Brian was conscious of working within my budget and was receptive to leaving materials so that I could, for example, paint the back of the garage myself.  He left me a sheet of plywood that was leftover, which I used for another project.  

Additionally, while I offered a key to my house so they could get in during the day while we were at work, I did not see any sign that they actually went in, which should make any homeowner feel good.  If they went in during the day, they cleaned up after themselves perfectly.

Brian has painted other houses in my neighborhood too, and they all look very nice and professionally done.

If I needed other painting done, either interior or exterior, I would call Brian to do the work.

They were excellent in the completion of the task, good preparation and fullfillment of the painting of all the exterior household trim.

The painting went really well. Brian is very personable and honest, and he and his team did an incredible job. So many little things that I didn't expect happened and truly set them apart from a standard painting company. The first of was when they found some punky wood on a few window sills, and rather than just painting over those sections, they cleaned out the rotted wood and filled it in with bondo painting, solving the rot problem. They cut wooden trim in around the 2nd floor porch that had rotted out. They put in some running boards under the garage roofline that had never been installed. They powerwashed and sealed the porches as part of the job. Very impressive. I was also impressed by how clean A&B is. There weren't drips around the house after they finished, and no paint chips after scraping.

The job was completed in the timeframe that we agreed to, and was done really well overall. We get tons of compliments on the paint job from the neighbors, and looking at across the street at a house Brian and his team did 5 years ago (the couple that referred us to him) that still looks great, we feel confident that its going to last for at least 10 years before well refresh it.

Recommended by my friend mike. Joe and Brian did an excellent job, they were clean and neat, they even catered to our ocd needs without a complaint. Very professional and pleasant to have around.

Allan and Brian were recommended by a friend; we called Brian, set up an appointment in the fall. He came out and gave us an estimate.  Because it was getting into late fall, they came out and cleaned and painted one side as we were having some other siding worked on. They called us in the spring, set up an appt to come out to let us know they would be out again in June after it stopped raining.  Allan and Brian came out as promised, brought along another couple of guys and did the work.  They were very hard working, courteous, did an excellent job - we have a salt box converted to a colonial with full dormer in back and a daylight basement.
The price was reasonable. They were easy to work with and we are very, very happy with the job.  We'd hire them again.
