"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Our old garage doors had reached the end of their useful lives. It was time to look for replacements.  Based on a search on Angie's List I visited the DSI showroom in Portland.  The people were very pleasant and knowledgeable.  The next day I got a call from their sales rep and we set up a visit for the following day.  Got a quote by email the next day.  I was extremely happy with the price which included the doors, all new tracks and springs, and two openers.  And of course, they hauled off all of the old stuff.

Installation was two and a half weeks later.  One technician did everything, which required a day and a half.  The first morning he told me he would stay until all 3 doors were up and working -- and that's what he did.  the next morning he installed the operators and did the trim around the doors.

The doors look great and operate very smoothly.  The openers are very quiet.

A few days after installation, one of the new operators suddenly became very noisy.  No problem, they came back and swapped in a new unit.   I can't hold this against DSI, sometimes new things fail.  They were very responsive and made it right, no hassle.
