We then hired them for a 3rd job. Communication about delivery was unclear. After I signed their contract and put down a deposit, I found a cheaper door. The document signed explicitly states that any additional specs including added costs will only be executed upon written order. We did NOT agree to this price and were notified of it AFTER the job was completed. Beware of their ?contract.? They do not abide by it."
