 + -1 moreTerribly frustrating. On Sept., 18th, I reported that I could not connect to e-mail and that Verizon Customer Service had indicated the need for a new jack. I set up an appointment for Sept. 25th and was given a window of 8 am - 8 pm. I inquired whether I could get a smaller window and was told that I would need to call at 8 am on the 25th to get a 4-hour window. When I made that call at 8 am on the 25th, I was told that I should have gotten the 4-hour window when I called on the 18th, but they would try to send someone out between 1-5 pm. No one showed up. On the morning of the 26th, I requested to talk to a supervisor, Mrs. Mars, who did not seemed surprised or apologetic. She said that technicians in the field do not have telephones (this is the phone company!) and when they used their own phones, reception was not always good. So, no one could call and tell me they were not coming. I rescheduled for Saturday between 1-5 pm. Again, no one came and no one called to explain. How can anyone run a business like this. It is totally unprofessional!

 + -1 moreThere was not pressure to buy the most expensive plan or phone. They were very friendly and explained everything in detail. They have a great staff of people in the store.
Description of Work: Went in to check out the different types of phones and plans. Decieded on the one with unlimited minutes on the weekend.
