.Mike came to my house and immediately went to work. He is very professional and his knowledge is SECOND TO NONE!! I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for an honest highly skilled electrician. Mike is OUTSTANDING!! If your not sure who to contact, just call Mike, you cannot go wrong. I usually don't submit reviews but I got burned by a contractor and Mike was a blessing!!!

Timely arrival. Excellent Advice.

They were very responsive. One of the fixtures needs to be reset because it has not gone off at all. I called and left a message and they have not called back at all. It is really too bad, because they seemed nice and really responsive. It was a little expensive for just the one light. They came out about a week after purchase. I would not use them again.

Everything went excellent. I was very happy to get a professional electrician to finally come a complete my projects. He was on time, professional and a great person to work with. I got everything I wanted, plus some. I have already hired him to come back. I had a great experience, and am glad to have found Ralo Enterprise.

Arrived exactly on time. Was able to quickly determine the problems and how to resolve them. Asked if I had extra work for him to do since my deal was 133.00 for 2 hours !!! A W E S O M E !!!!

This was an excellent experience and a blessing, thank you! I didn't expect him to have time for more than one of the possible projects. For the price and time in the deal, just one project would have been almost too much to ask. But he finished the new electrical line and outlet quickly (and very beautifully), then attacked a secondary troubleshooting issue like a detective who enjoys his work and won't rest until the mystery is solved. It was way past his time to go and already getting dark out, but he wouldn't give up! After testing three different confusingly connected light switch panels with multiple switches in each, and after testing things all the way back to the breaker panel multiple times from many different theoretical angles, he figured out what was happening when he started questioning the odd wall switches themselves. It turned out the problem involved the odd neon-illuminated wall switches. They were causing the outlet to register a ground fault and an odd voltage when the light switch was off. They're illuminated when off, and they need a closed circuit somehow, and apparently they were using the ground wire or something to close the circuit and power their neon lights. I'm not an electrician and may be way off base about everything, but that was was my impression and interpretation of it. Even though he was way into overtime already, rather than just answering the riddle and presenting future fixes, he went an extra ten miles and totally fixed the issue right then and there by replacing three light switches. The work was very professional and precise, the new outlet is perfectly placed, the new wiring is tight where exposed near the breaker, and he cleaned up everything as if he'd never been there. When he was done I couldn't tell the new outlet wasn't part of the house when it was built.

We purchased the 2 hour special for $119.00 and I sent a list of what we wanted done. He stated up front that it would most likely take more than 2 hours which it did and he charged us a very reasonable $75.00 extra. He was on time and worked very cleanly. I was very pleased with his workmanship and friendly attitude. He is definitely the electrician we will call in the future.

Mike was very friendly and professional. I had a couple of ceiling fans that were installed by a friend, but were not being controlled by the wall switches. Mike was able to re-wire my ceiling fans so that they worked exactly as I wanted them to. I also appreciated his use of shoe covers to keep my floors clean!

Mike was outstanding. He fixed everything on my list plus more. He completely my list so quickly that there was still time left for him to fix other light fixtures that were not on my list. These other light fixtures were about to fail and he fixed them ahead of time. He is professional electrician that knows his job. He is a subject matter expert in his field. I would hire his company again and request his services without any hesitation. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone that requires an electrician for any electrical work.

The service from Ralo was outstanding. He arrived right on time which was important to me so I could get to the office. There were several options for the installation and he worked with me to discuss the pros and cons of each alternative. He was very helpful in this regard and did not tell me it had to be a certain way -- he listened and worked with me. Some materials were needed and he went to Lowes to get them. We negotiated a fair price for the additional time expected to complete the project and he stayed within that budget. As agreed, he called me 20 minutes before finishing so I could get home to check things out and turn the power on (from the inside of the house.) He made some setting adjustments for the sensors on the lights and aimed them to my satisfaction. The wiring was cleanly laid out -- everything straight, centered and neat. His attitude was friendly, courteous, and very open to working with the customer. I would highly recommend them for your electrical projects.

It went wonderful. He was early. I was having issues with my stove but came to found out the connections were bad, so he fixed that for me. I had an issue in my family room when the power would go out in that particular room, he fixed that problem that was in my attic. He had a wonderful attitude, very pleasant, explained everything that was going on.

On time. Extremely professional. Mike was very pleasant to work with. The estimate was accurate and fair. The work was well done. He proposed good options for our needs.

It went well. He came out expediently and gave us a written estimate, then returned the following week and efficiently installed the equipment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, competent, and quick. I just asked him to come look at another job, which is what reminded me that I hadn't written his Angie's review before now. This second job went equally well. He moved from job to job quickly and efficiently, showed us problems and suggested ways we could fix some things ourselves to save money. He also gave an estimate for a future light installation. All this was accomplished in less than 1 hour and 15 minutes. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and comfortable to work with. I will hire him again.

We told the person what we were considering doing and they faxed back a proposal. The owner came out to look at the job and the process was pretty speedy.

It went very well. We were satisfied with the quality and timely service he proveded. He was very helpful in selecting the best generator for our needs. He also did all the electrical work on our Garage addition and Kitchen remodel this summer. We would highly recommend this company.
