We recently bought a new home and needed some electrical work done. We contacted RaLo rather late one evening when we had issues with installing our new programmable thermostat, surprisingly someone answered the phone and said they could get someone out the next morning. Mike showed up on time and after discussing the issue with my husband, he went right to work and had us up and running in no time. Our new home has an unfinished basement and while we plan on finishing it we know it might take some time to fit in the budget, in the meantime we decided one outlet was not enough and decided to get some more installed. Based on his previous work, we didn't hesitate to call RaLo and schedule the work. Mike showed up right on time and after expaining what we wanted done in our unfinished basement, we discussed and he explained that most of the work we requested should wait until we finish the basement otherwise it would just be a waste of money because it would need to be redone once all the walls went up. We agreed on a temporary fix that we were very pleased with and he went right to work. Mike is very personable and professional which my husband and I really appreciate. We also like to support local businesses and are very glad to have found a great electrician we can rely on to get the job done. We are extremely pleased with RaLo's customer service, quality of work and price. We plan on using RaLo for several other projects in the very near future.

We are very pleased with the professionalism of the electrician who performed this work. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the work requested, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the work sites before leaving. This work was top notch.

Even though this was just a small job, I got first-class service. Dave came to my house on a Saturday, the day after I contacted Ralo Electrical. He arrived just when he said he would and had the job done well in no time. Will definitely use their service again for other electrical work I need.

Everything went perfectly. The ceiling fan that was installed from scratch in the screened-in porch was done beautifully to minimize visual imperfections. There was a manufacturing defect on the porch ceiling fan and they fixed it at no cost to me. The other two ceiling fans were installed quickly without issue. The dual light switch was fixed in no time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Timely, responsive, and fair pricing.

Excellent! Mike did everything that he said he would do. Very efficient worker, very friendly worker, good communication skills, offered great suggestions, and the results were fantastic. Scheduling was great, Sara was able to work around my schedule. I've used this provider twice now and plan on using again. All materials and labor performed by Ralo. Great work, very professional and very helpful as to explaining what is needed and why.

First, there was scheduling - Sara was great as she was very accommodation and worked with me to effortlessly reschedule my appointment to a more suitable time when work duties caused me to cancel the original appointment. The the actual service call - Dave came by on time, (earlier in the time slot given then expected, honestly - excellent!!) and was quick, professional and awesome. He was able to climb through to my attic to run wiring for a chandelier with minimal mess and damage, same with the installation of a new electrical socket in the master bathroom. i was going to have him put a tv mount up on the wall but apparently, I purchased the wrong type of mount needed for that particular wall. Nonetheless, Dave measured the wall to find the studs for me and was so gracious as to let me know what kind of mount I would need for that wall. He even gave me a pretty decent price quote on replacing a large ceiling fan in my kitchen. All in all. it was a great visit! I highly recommend Ralo enterprises and I will definitely be using them in the future for my electrical needs.

We had an electrical fire in a wall due to some faulty wiring in our new home and Ralo responded incredibly quickly by sending an electrician (Dave) within the hour to assess the situation and replace the damaged components. I was very impressed by their thoroughness and efficiency as well as by their friendly (and prompt) Master Electrician and will absolutely call them in the future! The price of the repair was probably two thirds of what we had anticipated as well!

It went great. He worked very cleanly and seemed honest about things that didn't need to be done. We just bought 3 new light fixtures and can't wait to hire him to install them.

The electrician removed the light assemblies, rewired and repaired the lights. He made sure the light assemblies were in perfect order.

The electrician came in and went directly to work. He completed the job in under 15 minutes.

Pleased at how quickly he was able to come checkout the issue. Called late in the afternoon and he was able to come over first thing the next morning. Assessed the situation and made sure no lose connections in the box. Did additional troubleshooting and provided insight into other instances when he encountered this type of issue. Was also very patient with my 3 year old son who wanted to ask lots of questions. Appreciated professionalism and courteousness.

He installed two ceiling fans in room that previously did not have any overhead lighting or fans.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for two hours of electrical service. I was extremely pleased with Mike Raleigh's work. He arrived on schedule and went right to work. One of the fluorescent light fixtures in the basement worked sporadically and he found the problem was with the wiring and receptacle. He completely re-wired the light through the ceiling into the adjacent room and installed a new junction box. Since a matching fluorescent light fixture in this room was wired the same; he re-wired the matching fixture so there wouldn't be a problem in the future. Both lights work perfectly now. He them fixed two bathroom wall sconces that weren't installed tightly against the wall and did an outstanding job. He did an excellent job of cleaning up everything and you would never know work was done. Mike is a professional electrician that knows his job and is an expert in his field. I would hire Ralo again and request his services without any hesitation. I highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone that requires an electrician for any electrical work. I have scheduled another appointment for the installation of a new 4' four-light fluorescent fixture in the garage.

Installed 2 light fixtures, a range hood, and a couple minor electrical problems. We purchased a Angie's List deal. The technician was great. He arrived on schedule and not only did the three things we needed done, he also did a few little jobs with the remaining time. He did an excellent job. We would use them again.

Mike was on time, very personable, quick, and professional, gave me tips for the future, inspected my breaker boxes at no charge, and I plan on hiring him for future projects.

Very Well. The gentleman came out as scheduled and went right to work. Since there was no existing ceiling lights he had to go throuhg the unfinished attic to redirect electrical lines. He estimated it would take about three hours. His estimate was on point and the quality of work was exceptional. We were very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic AND his price was reasonable compared to other estimates we received. Will definetly make this company our preferred source of any electrical work!

It worked out well. He did very well on the installation of the ceiling fan. He had all the parts and took care of it. He did very well with what the mess he had to clean up. It was wonderful. He was very good about it. He didn’t grumble or anything. He was very polite. He cleaned up after himself very well. It was a nice experience. It was nice to see a young man to be able to figure out what he had to do and get to doing it. It was an excellent price. Everything he did was wonderful. He just knew what he had to do once he figured out what mess had been left in there and went right to work.

They missed the first appointment because of a scheduling issue with the technician. Once rescheduled they were very good. We had a fixed amount of time that we paid for in advance and they got a lot done in that small window. We actually ended up having them do some additional things while they were at our place once we were comfortable that they had it together.

The work was done quickly and professionally. I have already had them back to put two ceiling fans/lights on dimmer-type switches. I would not hesitate to use them again.
