It ended up that my electric starter was bad. They had a new starter on the truck and replaced it right away. I am so happy to have power for my lights, hot water and refrigerator again. I have been telling all my friends and my family about their excellent service.

It went okay. The first technician that arrived had to leave due to a family emergency. In doing so, he rushed through the job and was unable to complete it. That night, my wife and I noticed a burning smell coming from the one outlet fixture hooked to the fan. The next day (or the day after - I can't recall exactly) the technician came back to finish the job. In doing so, he replaced our expensive 4-way fan outlets with standard outlets without my knowledge. Also without my knowledge or authorization, he charged us an additional $100 to remove our expensive fan outlets with the standard ones. I immediately called Clinton Electric the next day and they offered to reduce the bill to $50 and they offered to give me a coupon for $100 off future work. While I was disappointed that the fans weren't installed using our expensive fan outlets and that the outlet charge wasn't communicated properly with me, I felt as though they made an attempt to rectify the situation. They seem to have good pricing, but I have to downgrade them at least one grade because of the unexpected charge. While the fans work, they didn't use our fan outlets and they left the job with the fans incorrectly hooked up which caused a burning smell in our bedroom. They have one of the nicest office mangers I've ever spoken to. The technician arrived on time, but had to leave before the job was finished. Would I hire this company for a future job? Maybe; however, only on a fixed priced basis and only when I would be able to supervise the work directly.

Outstanding service! Brian provided the estimate on Thursday and returned to do the work on Monday. I had spoken with several other electricians, and Brian was the only one who seemed to know how to position the recessed lights, minimize ceiling damage, and illuminate the new countertops. He was polite, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. He was in and out within a couple of hours, arrived on time, and cleaned up after job was done. I will absolutely contact Clinton with all other electrical needs I may have going forward, and offer them my highest recommendation.

My experience with this company was fantastic in every way. The gentleman who performed the work was on time, very friendly and did a great job. Being as though this review is being written some five months later I can't really remember the technician's name, but he was a middle aged Caucasian man. I would highly recommend Clinton Electric for anyone looking to have electrical work done.

I scheduled a appointment for five days out. The next day they called offering two earlier appointments due to cancellations. They then showed up for the appointment 30 minutes early, all of which was great. Joe tracked down the issue with a malfunctioning circuit and had it fixed in 90 minutes. He was very professional and friendly throughout. I would definitely recommend Clinton Electric to anyone needing a residential electrician.

`At first when I saw the price to install a new ceiling fan I was admittedly skeptical but I ordered the service anyway. After a few rounds of phone tag (nobody's fault) and a few reschedules (my fault) We finally got it together. Jeff Katz was dispatched to perform the work. He was supposed to arrive between 2pm-4pm. Needless to say, he didn't arrive on time. He arrived only 2 hours early (now what am I gonna do with the rest of my day, LOL). Seriously though, the work was performed in a professional manner, any question that I had was answered thoroughly and completely. Jeff even explained how he would perform future work that I had questions about and gave me an estimate. So will I use this company again? Without question, I already have a tentative date set up for more work.

It went very well. This service was knowledgeable, gave us great service. They showed up on time, were efficient, and everything worked well. We had to call them back to put some installation they pulled out in the basement. But they returned and performed professionally. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. The price was good and it was really good service. John came out and he was really good. I would definitely use them again.

. the installation went smoothly and took about forty five minutes. i was consulted as to which side of the blades i preferred. he left no mess and removed the old fan.very polite. shelly the office manager also helpful.

They did a really good job. Unfortunately, there was a long delay in getting the generator in due to high demand from the supplier, and we had to keep contacting them for updates. Once the generator was installed, they did come out two times for service and didn't charge us. I noticed that they were very clean - they were very careful to wear booties inside and they cleaned up after themselves. They didn't leave any mess.

John was the estimator, and he provided a very thorough overview of the work to be done. They lived to the estimate, and in a few cases provided more for no extra charge. I asked for a few extras, and they priced it very fairly. The crew was professional, clean, and worked efficiently. I did not see them act hastily, but they got a lot done in 2 days. Luke and Chuck worked one day, and Luke and John the other. All 3 worked well together. They explained the work and outcome to me, and were gracious about it. I was never made to feel like "just the layman who has no idea what we do". At all times, they were cheerful and professional. Clearly not newbies at any of what they do....it was a pleasure to see them work, and best of all, see the beautiful results. I would not hesitate to call on them again, or to refer them to anyone.

The technician was very timely. He was a very good listener and he explained all of the things he was doing. The problem was somewhat complex. He did a very good job of finding out what was causing the problem, however he did not resolve the problem. He was able to get other parts of the electrical system working that had not been working for some years. We would use them again on jobs that are not as complex as this one.

John did an excellent job. He explained the work he was doing and gave price estimate before. Very pleasant man. I will use again.

Electrician arrived within an hour of my calling; was punctual, pleasant, prepared, and knowledgeable. Installed ceiling fan first, then examined faulty switch, changing it out for a new one. Was not even here an hour and a half and completed all work.

We got this provider through a deal they listed. They called us as soon as we bought the deal to set up the appointment. We even changed the appointment a few days before and they were very accommodating. They called before they came and showed up exactly when they said they would. He was very professional and did a very good job.

On the day of my service, my tech/electrician arrived at the early part of my appointment window and I was truly appreciative as it meant I could get to work earlier than anticipated. My tech/electrician for this appointment was John. John was very friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to ask me what my preference was when setting up the ceiling fans/light switches. I also appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain some quirky things about one of the fans and to explain why my electrical socket wasn't working and how to fix it. Lastly, John was very neat in performing his work - he laid a drop cloth down before setting up the ladder and there were no little wires left on the floor for my toddler to pick-up. In the end, I was pleased with the quality and the cost of the service I received from Clinton Electric. I will be using them again for any future electrical needs.

The electrician did a great job installing a first-time ceiling fan into a light fixture which was original to the house (built in the 1930s). He was very pleasant and let me know how it was going as he worked, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use Clinton Electric in the future.
