He showed up started on time with no problems after explaining to him what I needed done for that we agreed to. He was able to break the total jobs into phases for affordability. "We did a walk threw and spoke on what needed to be done beforehand, yet when the job was completed they said maybe they/we/I did not understand exactly what was agreed upon for the price. I explained to them that we/you/I were very clear and fully understood what was agreed upon. I was told that they would get what was not done on their follow up visit in two weeks. I told him thank you, but I will not be needing his services again...the money has already been paid and I will find someone else!"

Customers say: Quick response

"Shawn came to our property, gave a quote and got to work right away. He spent almost three hours getting our lawn in order and even did weeding work. He was very professional, nice and did a great job. We signed up for regular and recurring service with his company and now have a great yard for the summer."

Small jobs welcome

"The company does a great job of cutting the lawn and Chryl and her husband are very cordial, friendly and business-like, but maintaining the two-week lawn schedule has been a challenge due to the pandemic. The company does communicate when a problem arises with the schedule."

Weed Services questions, answered by experts

Mowing a lawn will, unfortunately, not get rid of clover, and it may even encourage it to flourish. Let your lawn grow to a healthy height of over 3 inches and then set your mower blades no lower than this level. Higher grass will cut out the light that clover loves and discourage it from spreading.

The safest method to avoid killing your turf grass is hand pulling Johnsongrass. You can also apply vinegar for a safer herbicide, but it will still burn your lawn if it gets on it.

Dandelions, while hard to control and widespread across the country, are not typically categorized as noxious. Yellow starthistle, however, looks very similar to a dandelion and is highly damaging to local plants and invasive across the country.

Several tools exist that can help remove unwanted grass. The one you choose depends greatly on how much you need to remove and how hard you'd like to work. A sod or turf cutter is the fastest method while using a shovel is labor-intensive and much slower. You may also need a garden rake, tiller, and wheelbarrow.

Typically seasonally, but tailored schedules depend on local conditions and plant types.
