We are a woman minority owned business with exceptional customer services. The owner has a nursing background therefore customer care and satisfaction is her priority. We have 5 full term employees who are well trained carpenters. We accept, cash, checks and credit cards as forms of payment.

"Ruff Sanding and not good finishing. Molding strips are not cut properly and nailed. They measured 405 sqft and only 300sqft wood got used so when I request to Monica why this big difference she was not happy but math doesn't match.. If you travel around this home and is another witness of the fact that these company should've been given this project."

Hardwood Flooring questions, answered by experts

One of the upsides of cork flooring is that it's mold-resistant, so you don't have to worry about mildew or mold growth on wet cork. However, you should always clean up any moisture as soon as possible and use as little water as you need when cleaning. This will help you avoid issues like buckling or swelling in your cork flooring, which often requires replacement, and prevent moisture from seeping into your subfloor, which can cause the dreaded mold or mildew problems.

The flooring that is the least toxic is solid wood. Natural linoleum, tile, stone, bamboo, and cork flooring also make the list of least-toxic flooring types. These flooring materials are safer and healthier for your home because they are natural materials that aren’t manufactured with chemicals, unlike laminate flooring. While some laminate flooring brands are made with less formaldehyde, many contain high levels of toxic chemicals that can off-gas in your home for months and years after installation.

Choosing natural flooring materials that are easy to clean without chemical cleansers can also help keep your home safer.

The best flooring materials for a mudroom are porcelain and ceramic tiles. Both are easy to clean and maintain, and they're also water-resistant and highly durable. If you're not a fan of those types, you can also choose another nonporous flooring for your mudroom, such as stone or sealed concrete. Stay away from linoleum, cork, hardwood, and engineered wood, as water and moisture in your mudroom will damage these quickly.

Yes. Many manufacturers make stair treads that you can install over carpeted stairs without needing to do any cutting or drilling. Stair treads can also be installed on wood, marble, and other stair surface materials. Just be sure to double-check the information for the specific product you’re buying to ensure its adhesive or installation process will work with the type of stairs you have.

Carpet lasts between five and 15 years. However, your carpet's life span will depend on several factors, such as its type, cushion, and the amount of foot traffic it receives. After 10 years, most carpet will show some signs of wear and tear, which might include fading, wrinkling, and loss of texture.
