"The service was provided shortly after I purchased the deal and there were no additional charges but they came back and did some additional work for me. The service was fine and they resolved the problem but I ended up getting a larger job done after that. They took pictures of my chimneys and showed me the pictures. They were concerned about the deterioration in one of the chimneys that went to the furnace so they did the service."

"A painter informed be that my chimney crown had deteriorated and needed repair/replacement. I contacted multiple companies to assess the job and make proposals. The folks at First Class Chimney were very professional from initial contact, scheduling appointments and scheduling the job. There proposal was straight forward and a greater value than other company's I spoke to. They performed the work and I am extremely happy with their work and my experience doing business with them. "When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.
