I hired BW Engineering to power wash my deceased momâ s estate on the other side of the country. I asked him also to clean gutters and downspouts. I told him that, since Iâ d donâ t live anywhere nearby, I did not know the condition of the estate. He was so kind to give, what my sister said, was a true assessment of what needed to be cleaned and what looked to be just fine and didnâ t need cleaning. Mr. Weston has great integrity, is very courteous and trustworthy. He responded to my inquiry for service within 5 minutes and was out at the property within two hours to provide a quote. He described his vehicle and gave me an accurate estimate of when heâ d arrive, so we knew whom to expect and when. Iâ m managing the estate, where my sister lives, from another part of the country. So Mr. Weston called even before leaving to share what service he thought was necessary, and what wasnâ t. He provided a verbal estimate that seemed very fair, so I hired him over the phone. He told me that, when he got back to his office, heâ s send an invoice so Iâ d have it for estate recordkeeping and that heâ d take and send pictures of the completed work once it was done. He made arrangements with my sisters for when heâ d arrive to do the work. My sisters said that his work was excellent! We hired him to come back and also clean our carpets, which he did today!
