We got the whole house electrical inspection, and it was funny, because they checked the breaker box, and we didn't realize that the breakers themselves, had to be tightened up, because we couldn't figure out why the dryer popped the breaker. He told us that we just needed to tighten up the screws to the breaker box. They did a good job. They came in, and were quick, and really did a nice job.They solved a nagging problem that just took a quick turn of the screw driver. They didn't charge us anything above the $89 of the big deal. We were really happy with it. He was professional. I didn't have any issues with them, they were very good. They responded pretty quick.

Everything went well. They did the work as promised.

All of the new installations were purchased by me. Both men were working with 18 FEET CEILING. First, Dale came in to examine the floor space to determine the placement of his 16 feet ladder. Once that was done, they went to work. Dale was assembling the chandelier while David was assembling the ceiling fan. After they assembled everything, they worked as a team to install them. Then Dale installed the fan control unit in the wall, and David worked on the control unit for the fan. Afterwards, Dale removed my three eyeball ceiling lights and replaced them with LED lights. After they finished and left, I noticed that the chandelier's chain wasn't straight. I notified CET and within a three days they sent Dale to fix it. Overall, they did an outstanding job.

The service worked out fine. I had him do some rewiring. He couldn't do everything, but he gave me a few tips. It's an old house - the kitchen had been done, and the previous contractor hadn't put in GFI outlets near the sinks. The electrician was professional and did a fine job.

Alan was prompt, professional and courteous. In the end the job was simple--resetting a circuit breaker, which was mis-labeled and not clearly tripped--and it was taken care of quickly. I was happy that Certified was able to send an electrician promptly and on time.

They were able to schedule the work within a couple of days from when I called. The work was done very professionally and the electrician was able to troubleshoot some problems that might otherwise have prevented him from installing the fan. I was extremely satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again.

They did what we needed and it turned out right.

We had a positive experience the last time we used Certified Electrical Technologies who we found on Angie's List, so we called them again. They said they would be there between 12-3 one day last week and were supposed to call before they got there, but somehow there was a mis-communication. I never received a call on my cell phone. Then when I called the office said they had been trying to call me. Not sure what happened, but they agreed to come the following Monday and fixed the issue. I think the price was fair and I would call them again.

It went well. They were very good. There was a certain time and I had several issues, they actually sorted out most of my issues but there is one that they couldn't do but explained to me why they couldn't do it and I was satisfied that they were explaining to me everything so that I was kind of comfortable of what they were doing and not doing. I did a coverage, it was less than the 2 hours and that sure thing I wanted to do would have been way more time consuming in the equipment and stuff so I ended up less than the 2 hours, that's actually happening a lot to big deals that are time bound and I ended up using less time so I'm actually wondering whether I'm going to continue purchasing these kinds of deals. I just had the same situation with 4 hours of handymen services with a company and the same thing happened, I used less time, I still payed that price in the deal but I did not use the whole 4 hours and in fact when I called to see if I could have more things on later, it was not possible to redeem the last part of the deal but it was with another company not Certified Electrical Technologies.

I purchased a deal, no one followed up and the company reported that they provided the service. I never received any refund.

The gentleman was on time for the appointment, quickly completed all work, and it was inexpensive.

This is the second time he's been out to help with a few troubleshooting issues in the past few weeks, and both times he was prompt, professional, and super efficient. He was able to identify all of our issues and quickly resolved them. We now have working ceiling fans in all the upstairs bedrooms before the summer heat. And both times our total bill came in well below what we were expecting, so consider us satisfied customers. Thanks again to Alan and CET - we would definitely recommend, and plan to use them again for any future electrical needs.

There was a little bit of confusion. When I purchased the big deal, I didn't understand that it was for each unit. There was a change in price, and the manager explained the price change to me, and gave me a deal as well. The electrician was excellent. When I am dealing with electricity, I don't play, I want somebody who is licensed, because I don't want problems later. It was a difficult task because there was nothing on the ceiling. He had to drill walls and run the wiring. He was very meticulous about making sure that he did everything right. He explained everything that he had to do. They put in a lot of hours. I paid an additional amount, but it was well worth. The only downside was that they don't repair where they cut out in the walls. They tell you that they don't do that upfront, and so you have to look for someone to do it. The manager was wonderful, and the technician was terrific. I have no complains about them, and everything is working well. I like my fans. The Manager took off some of the items from the bill. This was the first time that I used them. I would definitely recommend the technician. He is very professional, and he knows his stuff.

It's been 3 1/2 years - sorry for late review - I don't remember many of the details. I believe they were prompt, professional, and efficient.

It was fine. They sent one person out to do the inspection. We had no issues with scheduling.

I found this contractor to be highly rated on Angie's List and received excellent service. I called the number I found on the Angie's list web site. The representative took my information, including location and issue. Shortly after (within 30 min), I received a call from a supervisor, who was extremely professional. He asked a number of questions to see if I could solve the issue on my own. After this discussion, I decided to go ahead and schedule service. The company set up a time that was convenient for me. The technician called when he was on his way to my location and came exactly within the window provided. He was extremely courteous and professional. He completed the necessary work quickly and efficiently. This included checking the wiring on a number of outlets (on two separate circuits), diagnosing the issue, and replacing a circuit breaker. The experience was very positive.

Excellent. Dave from Certified Electrical did a great job finding the faulty wiring that had been causing us to lose power sporadically. We was fast, professional, friendly and happy to answer questions. Certified Electrical has twice now helped us solve very tricky problems, and has done so quickly, cheaply and effectively.

Sorry for the late review. when they came in few months ago, the technician David was prompt and completed checking the panel where we kept hearing clicking noise and one of the circuit kept tripping. Found that the breaker has loose wire and producing sparks. If not noticed would have impact in fire hazard. Fixed the issue and checked all the GFIs and also made sure they are in place needed like bathrooms, kitchen etc.... I would definitely use him again. Thanks

Very well. Very very well. He was very patient because we werent sure where we wanted to place it. He patiently waited and talked to us about where we should place it. We were convinced and agreed to it.

Everything was great. Scheduling was easy and they even mailed me a reminder notice. Day of, the technician called 30 min prior to arrival. He was professional throughout. I bought the lights, fan, and bulbs ahead of time. The technician asked me where I wanted everything and got to work. He confirmed placement of the ceiling fan and asked a couple of clarifying questions. He even offered to take the boxes down to the garage. This was a very easy experience and all my lights work.

I've used the company before with good results, and everything went well with this experience, too. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and they did the work as promised. Furthermore, the electrical outlets have been working just fine.

He was very neat in his work (and appearance, but that, to me, is irrelevant) and did a great job. the company followed up with a card and asked for my feedback, so that shows they are responsible and responsive.

It went fine. He made some recommendations that i have done. He was real professional and he was courteous. He cleaned up what he had wrecked in, i was very pleased with his professionalism. The initial price was reasonable and the price that he recommended to be done, i think that was reasonable.
