Everything went just fine. The technician, Dave, is very personable and did everything to my 100% satisfaction.

They arrived on time and got right to work. Cleared up the phone line problem and added the new circuit with no problems. Very pleased with the work. There was a small additional cost for the materials for the new circuit.

They were punctual, knowledgeable and they were able to work very quickly. It's a job well done.

I did not use the Big Deal . The electrician warned me against doing this as it would have damaged the textured ceiling. I had the Big Deal refunded.

Went very well. Rob was courteous, professional and took time to explain what he was looking at and why. He patiently answered my questions and gave suggestions as to what improvements I might consider in the future.

The tech was late by an hour from original set time. I was never called. It didn't matter much anyway since I was home that day. The guy I scheduled the appointment with Steve. Not very personable on the phone. Well, what can you do! Can't win them all. David, the tech that did the work, -----is a great guy, awesome personality and a very hard worker. The lighting was installed with drywall not repaired as was advised prior to this job being setup. He did a great job on everything and was happy about his work.

We received an outstanding services. The technitian has arrived on time and completed installation of 3 ceiling fans within 4,5 hours. The quality of the job is outstanding! There were no mess left after, which is very unusual.i certainly would use this service again and would recommend it to others.

CTE was able to find the problem within minutes; there was an outdoor outlet that had a cover badly installed and the GFCI had been thrown. The technician quickly returned power, then fixed the cover to prevent future outages as well as gave us advice on a few other things we could do to upgrade the cover. Very satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the technician.

Service provider arrived on time and provided outstanding service. I purchased an Angie List deal for a electrical safety inspection and the inspection was conducted in a professional manner. We were having problems with one of our electrical outlets in the garage and the service provider found the culprit. They also left flyers and additional documentation detailing how to improve the safety of the residence. I would use Certified Electrical Technology for future work. Thank you for a job well done.

Dave is clearly an outstanding electrician. He came and assessed, fished the wiring and installed the new outlet in 1 hour. My wife & I are exceptionally pleased with Dave and CET services. We will always use them and recommend them to friends.

The electrician was on time and he was very professional. He was able to finish the two dimmer switches pretty quickly. He replaced the ceiling fans in my living room and took the old one away. In addition, he also did a replacement of the ceiling fan in my bedroom ceiling which is very very high. He did a great job and clean up afterward.

Due to miscommunication, the issue with our ceiling fan was not corrected during the first service appointment, although Dave the tech did his best to fix what he believed to be the problem at the time. When it became clear the root cause was not addressed, we contacted the service manager, Steve, who promptly agreed to send Dave out again a few days later free of charge to finish the job. The issue was quickly corrected during the second appointment. We very much appreciated Steve's attention to customer service and Dave's professionalism.

Dave came on time, even a bit early. He was friendly, professional and competent. The wiring from the breaker box to the closet where sump pump was located had to run from the opposite side of the basement to the other. It was mostly a finished basement so potentially difficult to access for wiring. Dave was able to run the wiring with only one visible 6" punched hold in the ceiling. There were 4 similar holes in the closet. They were so neat he was able to leave the ceiling pieces intact for us to easily repair. He did the job quickly and probably saved us 500 dollars or more. We would use this company anytime we have another electrical issue.

The whole process was wonderful! Scheduling was easy and Gary walked me through everything over the phone. Alan installed the lighting and was fast, thorough, and professional. We love our new lighting! I wouldn't hesitate to use CET for any future electrical needs. Thank you!
