Technician arrived on time and was very professional yet personable. He completed both tasks for the same price that Verizon was going to charge me for just installing the cable. Also, after working in the attic, he mentioned that our insulation was very low and told us how we could add to it ourselves. There was nothing in that for him; it was just a nice thing to do. The work was completed quickly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself. Good job and I will definitely hire CET again.

You have to ask for Chuck if u use this company. He was so patient personable and professional. He called from the job previous to mine to let me.know what time he would be arriving, came the exact time as promised.

Came up with solution to duct work being in the way that matched our needs. Very good.

The job went great! CED called us 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to give us a heads-up, and arrived on time. (Communication to set up the appointment was similarly excellent and prompt.) The install took three hours. We were impressed by their professionalism and hard work. They adapted well to a slight change in plans (structural member preventing three gang box usage), and then went above and beyond in swapping another switch out anyways. After the install, the electrician provided some estimates on a few other home improvement jobs we were thinking about, and provided a couple tips on how we could save a few bucks on them. This is the best experience we've had with a contractor in a while, and we look forward to using them again!

It was the final task of an earlier effort (flooring guy had to come in, in between) but the earlier CET worker recommended the baseboard heater idea and it solves a lot of problems in a basement bedroom. I ordered the appliance itself (which also took time) and now, finally, the wiring (done earlier) was ready to and today went super smooth, as did previous, more complex job adding six can spotlights and updating another eight, updating all the two-plug outlets in 50-year-old house, updating smoke/CO2 detectors, installing updated exterior lights and the list goes on. Awesome work all the way around.

This was the second time I had Dave here to work on our electrical issues. He was so helpful and knowledgable. He would explain things to me about why one type of bulb was better than another, what he was doing as he was working. I really love that because I feel empowered having knowledge of the what and why things were done so in the future, if anything goes wrong, I have some understanding as to why. Dave was friendly and very professional. He was very efficient and I felt that my money was well spent.

They were amazing! I've never been so happy with someone we have hired to help improve/fix our house. This experience has made my whole Angie's List membership more than worthwhile. All communication was timely and detailed. All work was done efficiently, with high quality, and with some personality. Yay, Rob! I'm so glad we hired them and knowing that if we have issues or require improvements in the future we have an electrician we can trust, is a great piece of mind. The electrician was prompt and courteous. He walked through the options available for the installation with us (like whether or not we wanted the fan and light on separate switches and helped us make same design decisions about where exactly in the room the fan should be located. The project required cutting several holes in the drywall since it was a new install, but he kept them small. Everything went pretty quickly, and we're very happy with the result.

I contacted them through Angies List. They responded within a half hour, and about ten minutes later I had my appointment. They called about 15 minutes prior to the appointment and showed up exactly on time. The electrician was friendly and had the fixture installed just like that. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Our technician was knowledgeable and professional. There were several approaches to fixing our issues and he helped us to get to the right answer for us.

They were first rate (and I'm hard to please). They sent an email confirming the appointment time with details, called about 30 minutes before arrival and arrived within the window of time they had provided. I showed him everything that needed handled and he went to work. Did a great job and took less time than I was expecting which was wonderful. When we went to settle the bill he indicated there were some areas he hadn't cleaned up really well as he would have to charge me for this time and thought I'd rather do it myself. He was correct. That is not to say he left big messes around because he didn't overall. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Initial installation went ok. Installer was friendly and on time. Cost was good as it was a special on Angie's list. There were a few problems with the original installation and some problems with clean-up. The good thing about the company is that I brought the issues up and they were all resolved quickly and to satisfaction. At the end of the day I have a good product and was happy with the overall job. I would use this company again.

Outstanding. David Lilly, electrician, did an excellent job. Highly knowledgeable and efficient with great integrity. The job cost much less than I had expected. Will hire again for another job that I am planning to do. Would highly recommend to others.

Very responsive, and very patient in answering all my questions. Came to do the materials check-list, and since I was going to be out of town the day of the heavy-up, went over the entire procedure with me so I knew what to expect when I returned home. Left the house in great condition, you could not tell anyone had been there except for the beautiful new circuit breaker and larger cable input thingy (technical term) from the power line outside. They are now taking care of arranging the inspection for permitting and completion. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. A note on price: I had gotten estimates for heavy ups, all in the $2500-$3000 range, and during the materials visit was told to expect a higher price, because I live in a split-level with the main house water shut-off far away (opposite side of house and a floor up) from the circuit breaker. This raises the price, since there is more time and effort involved in connecting the circuit breaker to the main water turn-off valve. It still came in at $3000, not bad considering the extra work this issue caused.

The serviceman called when he was on his way - that was very much appreciated. He went right to work after we showed him what we wanted done. He had a few questions which we answered and there was a bit of a problem so he called the office and was able to fix the problem. That was very much appreciated. Both fans work perfectly. We gave used this company before and will use them again.

He came at the time promised. Had to deal with my angry dog ( who is on medication for an injury) and made friends. He worked quickly and carefully. Also had a short discussion regarding art/painting and music. My husband and I are painters and have quite a gallery in the home. My new fans are running quietly and efficiently. Beautiful.

The installation went great. The technician that did the job arrived about the arranged time. I liked the idea that he called me when he was on his way to inform me that he is on route. When he arrived, he went straight to the job. The installation too a little longer than it was expected because I had a screw missing and one bolt didn't fit well. He got the right screw and bolt from his truck and completed the job. He did not make any fuss with the longer than expected installation time. As the job progressed, I was afraid I may be charged extra. I was not charged extra, nor the technician raise the issue. The technician was good humored throughout the installation. Finally, the CET office followed up with me via email to check if I am satisfied with the job. That was a nice touch. I will definitely use CET in future if their quote is comparable, even if it is not the lowest.

Alan did a great job. He was very efficient and made sure the fan worked perfectly before he left. He cleaned up before he left.

Wonderful. Dale, the technician, called ahead as planned. He spent a lot of time properly installing the fans. When there was a problem he went to get the tools to do the job right. I really appreciate the work he did. He was very friendly and professional. I would definately use him again. Great value for the amount of time he spent to do the job.
