It was fine. Electrician was very nice.

Quickly discovered the problem and fixed it.

The technician sealed up the crack on the outside water meter and cleaned the connections in the box. He could've charged me a mint to switch out the corroded parts, but rather chose to clean up what I had. It was an easy solution that should last me for quite awhile. He was done in under an hour. I appreciate his honesty and his no-frills approach.

It went ok. Some rooms were locked so wasn't able to get the level of service I wanted but it was my own mistake.

I'm very happy with the service. Allen Moore showed up on time and quickly got to work. He had to relocate the wire closer to the wall and installed the outlet. I was concerned about the location since the new stove (not delivered yet) had clearance limits near the center, so he repositioned the outlet to the left a bit without any complaint. He was very pleasant, and finished in under an hour so the cost was reasonable. He also gave me some advice about a few other electrical projects I need to do. I will use CET again and will ask for Allen. I live in Franconia VA.

Work went very smoothly. Installation was neat. Electrician was very thorough and clean.

I had a GFI that had tripped. He walked me through the steps and hung on until it was fixed. He saved me money and lots of time. I cannot thank him enough for being so honest and straightforward. I would definitely use the provider again!

The company was easy to schedule with after I booked the deal. The technician was friendly, helpful, and quick. He installed the surge protector and showed me all about how it was supposed to work. After he was finished he answered several questions I had about common electrical problems we should look out for. We've since used them again for another service and have continued to be pleased.

I called a couple electricians and CET was the cheapest using their Angie's List coupon. The appointment was scheduled the next day, and the electrician was in and out. Very professional and in our price range.

Great. We needed to remove a recessed light that was not rated for contact with insulation with a new one that could be in contact. Called on Monday, and they said that they would send out a few different lights to make sure they had the right one, and that they estimated it would cost about $200 including equipment. Tech came the next day, went into the attic to remove the old light and saw that he needed a different ladder since the trim was only accessible from a stairway under a very tall ceiling. He went and got the ladder, and finished the job without charging for any additional time. The charge was $205. Quick, easy, and on budget.

The representative was punctual and very informative. He addressed all of our concerns and provided us with detailed thoughts on how to proceed to address those concerns as well as a detailed list of cost. Overall we were super happy and will be using them to complete the work.

Jesse was the electrician who came. he was friendly and professional, and arrived within the four-hour window they gave. He warned me that it may take awhile, because he'd need to pull each switch, outlet, and fixture on the circuit to figure out which one was breaking the circuit. He "got lucky" and found it on the third switch he pulled. He replaced the switch and the overhead light it controlled (both had shorts), and now everything works great. He also noticed that the porch light on the same circuit was not rated for outdoor use.

I was impressed and will use them again in January for a couple of other projects.

Chuck was our electrician. He asked lots of question to get to our problem. He was courteous and professional.

After I requested an appointment the company replied the next day with an appointment only a few days away. Jesse came, after calling to give me a more accurate time, within the early part of the time frame. He replaced the Range Hood at the same time giving me an explanation of what he was doing and what more could be done with the installation [ductwork originally done was OK but not to the highest standards]. He told me what I would have to do to upgrade the system. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up the area after his work. I also asked for an estimate for whole house electrical panel upgrade since mine is from the 1960's. He gave me a temporary estimate and will send a more detailed estimate when his office can go over it. All in all I was very pleased with the service and will consider them for future electrical needs.

Service was very smooth and efficient. Serviceperson offered plenty of information for things that I could do myself, or for ways in which I could procure parts to reduce costs in the future.

We had new smoke alarms installed over a year ago during a renovation. One of the alarms was blinking instead of showing a steady green light. The technician tested it, confirmed that it was connected correctly and once it was tested, it was showing a steady green light. The technician was very competent and thorough.

Professional and personable! I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I first contacted the company by email and presented a list of tasks and was given an estimate for each one. Scheduling was a breeze. On the day of service, David called ahead and arrived precisely on time. He was pleasant and precise in explaining my options for my electrical repairs. As he moved through each task, he offered advice for safe and economical solutions and guidance for maintenance in the future. When he added up the charges, they were within the range of the estimates. While there is a certain trepidation that goes with choosing a new provider of home services, Certified Electrical Technologies worked hard to gain my confidence. I would definitely call them again
