Everything went very smoothly. Alan called about 10 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I showed him the light fixtures I wanted replaced and where I wanted the dimmer switch installed. During the install, he asked me at what height I wanted the fixtures to hang. I really appreciated that he made me a part of that process and didn't just hang the fixtures based on what he thought looked good. He was there around two hours and charged me $300 for labor and the dimmer switch.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very responsive during scheduling and the technician was very punctual, professional and capable. Job went smoothly and at a reasonable cost. Will use them again.

Company/Technician contacted me immediately on Angie's List which is a BONUS! Technician provided excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Technician arrived on time, very polite, and courteous. What I didn't like is that he performed the work without telling me the issue first and price it would cost to repair. I blame myself because I was out walking the dogs for 5-10 minutes while he was diagnosing the problem. Secondly, Technician didn't vacuum/clean up the debris/sheddings from replacing the outlet, didn't wear booties, and stepped on my kitchen counter with his work boots. I came back in the house, and he had already repaired the outlet, and was looking at another issue that I asked him to remind me to tell him to look at after he finished diagnosing the issue for the original problem/job. The technician explained to me what the issue was and said he completed the job and explained to me what the other issue was with the kitchen light (the issue I asked him to remind me to tell him). Technician was honest about not being able to repair kitchen light and advised that a part would need to be ordered, it's not something they carry on their truck. Advised to go to Lowes or Home Depot to find replacement part. Or that it may be cheaper just to replace the whole fixture depending on the cost of the part. Appreciated his honesty and advice on kitchen light. So the technician told me that he was going to go to his truck and write up the invoice, and I said okay, but, before you total everything up, let me know what the price is, and depending on the price, I may have you replace another outlet. Technician comes back upstairs and says the total is $175.00, I said it's $175.00 and it will be an extra $2.00 to replace the other outlet. I said it's $175.00 for 30 minutes worth of work? Technician stated that he completed the work in 30 minutes but I'm in the 45 minute time frame now because he had to pack and out his tools away and write up the invoice. So, I said "Let me get this straight," "You finished the job in 30 minutes, (actually less than that, because he looked at the kitchen light, which is still within the 30 minute time frame) and you're gonna charge me an extra $50 for the 4 minutes it took you to put your tools away, and to write up the invoice?" Technician stated "Yes," because it's still part of the job I came out here to do." I said, you finished the job in 30 minutes, and it's 8:34 and you're trying to charge me an EXTRA $50 for the time it took you to put your tools away and write up the invoice? Technician stated "Yes," because it's still part of the job and time frame that I came out here to do and you're in the 45 minute time frame now." I said, "Sir," forget the outlet, and I will only be paying $125 (which is still overpriced/overcharged to change 1 outlet). Technician began to raise his voice, I told him to lower his voice when speaking to me, he then called his supervisor, attempted to lie about how long he spent on the job. The supervisor said whatever he said over the phone, I wrote up the invoice, attempted to have me sign the $175 invoice, I said "NO," correct the price/invoice, write down who you spoke to, and then I will sign that I'm paying $125. Technician with an attitude corrected the invoice. I stated on the invoice, "Technician started the job at 8:00am, finished at 8:30am, and I'm only paying $125! I'm definitely waiting to see what my credit card will be charged and have already called/informed my bank of the issue just in case I have to dispute the charges. Company needs to inform customer that they charge in 30 minute increments, hourly, etc. during initial contact/e-mail/text conversations on Angie's List instead of giving a "variable price range." Company needs to be honest that their fee isn't really a "variable price range," their fee is charged by the time they arrive and finish the job. Company/Technician needs to inform their customers their fee before they perform the work. Company/Technician needs to be HONEST UPFRONT, and not try to SWINDLE/GET OVER on Customers. WILL NOT BE UTILIZING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Rob did a fantastic job installing the lights. He was meticulous with his measurements, left the area neat, and was very polite. We plan on using Certified Electrical Technologies, and specifically ask for Rob in the future.

We purchased a coupon/deal for $175. Excellent customer service with Leah who scheduled our appointment and Steven Moore was the electrician who was very professional and friendly. We scheduled a 9 - 1 pm window and he showed around noon and called 30 minutes prior. It took about an hour to complete. He removed an existing ceiling fan that stopped working and replaced it with a new one we had purchased from Home Depot. He placed a drop cloth for old parts and used his own ladder. All old parts were placed in the empty box from the new fan and offered to carry it away but my husband took out. Nice that our daughter's room was clean after the install and immediately started enjoying her fan with lights. :)

I called on a Friday within their working hours and was told they would call back on Saturday. They didn't. So, no work performed because no response to my call was made.

This my third time using them to handle my electrical needs and as always they provide top notch work. I highly recommend using there service! They are the best!

Technician called to let me know he was on his way which was on the early part of the arrival window. He completed the job quickly and explained how the remote works. I highly recommend this company if this tech is representive of how they work.

I reached out to several companies, and CET was the first to respond (same day) and they performed the work 2 days later. The electrician (Steven) was punctual, professional and extremely competent. He provided an honest assessment of my alternatives without being pushy, and then performed the work as if he was working on his own house. Very polite. Very good. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Steve did a great job. He showed up early and completed the work quickly and professionally. I really couldn't ask for more.

He explained to me what he would like to do, and advised me he would let me see what it would look like before he completed the work. The place he had advised would take less time to install, and thus save some money worked.
