It went extremely well. They responded immediately even though this is the busy season and were able to diagnose a leak that only occurred during heavy rain. The shingles were replaced with the matching color and I now have a few spares. This leak had baffled me for a while so I'm very happy to have this fixed. I know exactly who I'll call whenever I need something done that they provide. Excellent service and work.

JC Service is outstanding. I was very impressed with their professionalism from the quote visit to the cleanup. Their team completed both projects in a single day including a very thorough cleanup. As a bonus, their price was my lowest of 3 quotes. I highly recommend them.

They have excellent customer service, the quality of the work was outstanding and the price was very economical. It was the entire trifecta. He is the best contractor I have worked with thus far and I have built three houses.

At the time I worked with JC Services, I was remodeling my entire house. I met with Joey Call for quote for a new roof and siding and he was by far the best I had received for the job. He was very flexible with my schedule changes and would even make visits to see how the progress was going with my other subs so he could start as soon as we were ready for him. His crew was very professional and friendly and left a clean work site. A year later, I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. It looks amazing and I have received so many compliments from my neighbors. Many of them have hired him since seeing what he did with my house! I have several rental properties and JC services will be the first I call when they are ready for a new roof and/or siding work.

Joe did a great job with our roof installation. We talked to a couple of the bigger roofing companies, but felt more comfortable with Joe because of his low-key approach and low pressure style. We were a little turned off by the high pressure approach of a couple of the bigger roofing companies and Joe was a nice contrast. Joe provided us with addresses of other roofs he had installed in the Crofton area so that we could see the different color architectural shingles we were interested in. Joe's price was also very competitive with the bigger roofing companies. Joe and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were done. We highly recommend JC Services to anyone looking for a new roof in the AA County area.

Joe is awesome. There was no pressure to use him but my next door neighbor had been happy with him so I didn't need much convincing. His price was very fair. I asked him to replace the gutter guards and to paint the gable vents while they were there and he included the labor in the price quote. I was having a terrible time deciding on the shingle color so he provided addresses of houses with most of the roof colors I was considering so that I could get a better idea of how they might look on my house. In addition, he offered to install an attic fan, if I provided the fan, at no additional cost ( I decided not to get one anyway but he said his offer would still stand). We communicated by phone and email and with both, he was very prompt in his replies. His team of workers showed up right on time and had the job done by early afternoon. They cleaned up well with only a couple of stray nails. Joe instructed them to be sure to get the backyard well because of the dogs. I just wish they'd closed my gates when they left:). I love my new roof and recommend Joe highly.

Went perfectly - He explained everything they planned to do in a very professional and friendly fashion. Arrived the day he promised, did all the work the same day, and did a great job cleaning up. Roof and gutters look great. When completed, the price was the same as the estimate (and lower than other estimates we received)
