She arrives as scheduled bringing all necessary supplies and is more than happy to use yours if preferred. She works hard, completes the job as discussed and desired and is pleasant and enjoyable to be with. Her husband Jose is also professional and very nice. "Upon  entering my condo the cleaner immediately issued a sales pitch saying the rate quoted on Angie's List  ($78.00) would not be more than a surface cleaning and would not really clean my "heavily  trafficked carpet" and that his cleaning would last five years!    I live alone and don't entertain often.  There were some l soiled areas which needed attention but most of the carpet was in  good shape though the cleaner  immediately said the carpet showed signs of "wear and tear." (The carpet had been cleaned roughly a year ago )     Three men came to do what has in the past been a one person job.     In retrospect I should have told them to leave without cleaning when the overpriced estimate was made.  There is no indication in the receipt I have which guarantees this cleaning job' for "five years.!"
