If I could give a lower rating I would. This is one of the most dysfunctional and unprofessional companies I've ever delt with. The only part that was issue free was getting someone out to give us a price. After that the scheduling to do the work was shaky. Then out of 5 contractors that did work for us this was the only one that had problems depositing the insurance check and had to have it reissued multiple times. Then after everything was scheduled the morning of they rescheduled. This happened 3 different times. After the work was competed they were supposed to come back out and fix 3 areas that were messed up. It took almost 7 months of being pushed off before they finally addressed it. And to be honest the "fix" is worse than it was before. Its to where we are now looking for a different flooring company to fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

Steve and his crew were excellent!!! I received a quick response, he came out the next day and within a week my carpets were complete. The installer Dan and Steve made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I will be calling then again for another project!
