Description of Work: Full roof including stripping 2 layers of shingles and rubber roof for porch. They came on schedule, did the job for the quoted price, and cleaned up when done, other than leaving some extra fascia board around for a week. One issue, they came back quickly to resolve it. I would definitely recommend Frankie and his crew.

Description of Work: Replaced complete roof on house and garage, vented roof as needed, replaced decking as needed. They stripped and replaced the roof in 2-3 days, cleaned up and seem to have done an excellent job. We'll know more after the first winter.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced entire roof and skylights. they were very informative when they were giving their quote. price was very competitive and included all that we discussed with very few extras. Communicated better than any contractor have dealt with!! Answered all questions very promptly and professionally. Did what they said they would do. Workers were very skilled at what they do and never stopped working even in heat. We were impressed that they got done in one day. Only negative is when the owners are not present no one else speaks English very well. Owner was on site most of time. Would absolutely use them again.

Hi, I'm sorry you did not make contact. I do not recall your address as being a part of our need service list, or waiting list. Due to the high volume of calls, we try to answer all calls within 24-48 hours. If you had tried email or Angie's list business center, it would have been another avenue to reach us. The snow storm season had been a crazy time for all contractors. I do my think it's fair for us to receive a D, because as I'm sure you are aware we are a small business and do not have a call center to answer the amount of calls that all contractors have received this winter. However, we try and answer all calls as soon as we can. We are trying to do our best and although we can not make everyone happy 100% of the time, our goal is to try and get as close to 100% each and everyday.
