Steve and Ashley were fantastic. Steve was very thorough explaining what was being done, any glitches discovered and their remedies. They were very tidy and extremely respectful in terms of working around us.

It went very well. Dan and Jay were very professional, customer service oriented and very informative. I was very impressed.

Shawn was top-notch. We have not done anything to our house unit since we bought our house over 12 years ago. Suddenly, the unit did not work. We were prepared to have to replace the whole system. Shawn found that we only needed a capacitor replacement and that the unit needed regular maintenance. He also checked a few other items and we are quite happy with everything being in working order now. We will be purchasing a maintenance contract with Cotti-Johnson. Thank you !!

Stephen and Ashlee spent several days at my house doing the work; they were extremely professional - wore masks and booties the entire time; explained everything and gave me updates on timeline and what they were doing each day; the part I most appreciated was Stephen spent over an hour making sure I was comfortable with the generator and how to run it - even providing written step-by-step instructions. Everyone at Cotti-Johnson from Jason the manager, Stacey and the people who answer the phone were extremely professional - very nice people and I can't say enough about them - they did everything they said they would and they were so easy to work with. I am very happy with the job!

I called on Saturday for an emergency visit because my furnace stopped working. Adam was very responsive and scheduled a visit in 2 hours. The technician Jeff arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the system and fixed the problem. He even left me a fuse just in case the board gets overloaded again in the middle of the night. The emergency rate was reasonable. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use them again!

The installers came out on time at 8:30 am and completed the installation later that evening. Explained everything, labeled all the pipes, and were careful to put everything back in place and clean up before they left. Overall very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend this company.

From estimate to completion, everyone from the office to the on-site workers were amazing. All of my email and calls were returned promptly. The guys who did the work were great. They were here on time and stayed until it was done. Everything was kept clean and picked up. It was not an easy job as we had an old (1902) burner that was removed as well where one piece of it alone weighed over 600lbs. I never had one worry with them on-site. They followed all Covid rules and were very courteous and patient with all questions and especially showing us how everything works now. They filed the rebate for us as well to make sure that we had that coming. I would definitely recommend Cotti-Johnson and would hire them again without batting an eye.

Outstanding. From the original estimate of services to be performed by Eric A to the install work, which was NOT an easy job, performed by Gil, Luis & Chris it was excellent job well done! Gil kept in contact with me throughout the job and provided his cell phone in case I had any other questions. As a small business owner I pay attention to details and know how important customer service is and this team from Cotti-Johnson were top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It went spectacular. Gil and Luis were an extremely professional team, they were on time for Day 1 and got to work right away. They explained everything about my new devices and made sure that my heat was working before leaving us on an October evening, so my family was still comfortable. They arrived on time again Day 2 and got right to work, finishing early. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I will definitely be using Cotti-Johnson in the future.

Very well. The humidifier needed some parts which he replaced and he fixed a small leak and drained my hot water tank.

Great they cleaned it and checked everything even up on the roof. I was very impressed.
