Plante, and especially Pam, was amazing! We had a wonderful experience. At first, we were nervous about whether or it not was possible to "combine" our family rings and maintain their integrity, durability, and classic style. Plante was the right choice! Their prices were fair and they were honest with us throughout the process. It turned out my grandmother's largest stone was actually chipped quite badly, but they were able to restore and re-cut it, only losing 3 points! The result was three gorgeous rings. Their workmanship, time, and care will keep up as customers for years to come!

They were professional. It is a family owned business. I have met them briefly at a bakery that I visit frequently here locally. They are friendly mannered and we are not close friends. I found that they own a jewelry store because I had no idea prior to that, who they were. I spoke to one of them and I asked him if I would bring a watch that he would appraise for me for an insurance purposes. They were very nice. I have friends that have used them for purchases of jewelry and other merchandise. We are very pleased with them. The price was fair.

They really cater to customer service. They are very customer oriented. They are very, very helpful. They always take the time to explain everything really well. If you have any questions they are very knowledgeable about what they do and can answer them. They have no problem spending the time with every single customer to make sure that you are getting what you think you are getting. And, that you have a full understanding of what you are getting. The pricing is very comparable to the national chain jewelry stores. It might be just a tad bit higher but you know you are getting a really high quality product.
