So we spent time, several times, waiting at the property for him. The language barrier also made things difficult. Also, we should have updated the quote; a misunderstanding about a verbal change caused confusion. If he had been present while the work was being done some of this might have been avoided. Still, they did a good job in a timely way and left the property very tidy."
