Solid Construction

Wellington came to my house with 2 other guys that Saturday morning to do the job. Wellington told me it s going to be a Two to Three days job. When Alex, who is one of the guys who were working that Saturday called me to come outside to see his work. I said: Alex, I don t see the hand rails. Where are they? Alex replied: Call my boss, please!. I telephoned Wellington right away on speaker. I told me the job isn t done yet. I don t see the metal hand rails. There is an empty ugly spot right under the door.,The concrete doesn t look finished on both sides of the stairs. Wellington said We will come back Tuesday to finish with everything. You can give the check to Alex for me. I said the job isn t finished yet I don t want to pay now. Wellington said don t worry I will come Tuesday to finish the job. When my wife told me that Tuesday, September 17 over the phone I quote: The guys didn t come to finish the work. I started to call Solid Construction. Wellington never answer his phone calls. I went online to check on them and I found a new number that I didn t have (978)955-0546. Someone at that new number replied to me: I quote I am not Wellington. Do you want me to have him call this number? I said Wellington I know it s you I recognize your voice. The person said : No, I am his brother. I am not Wellington. That s why I called Angie s management to check on Solid Construction very bad behavior after they got paid to do a job.

They are very good and very professional.

Cannot recommend Solid Construction enough! They first did work for us in 2023, rebuilding our chimney. They were so professional and we enjoyed working with them so much that we knew we'd be calling on them again! We just recently had them come in to pave our driveway and front walkway AND add a side path and patio. Their work is just incredible. I am so happy with the finished project! We cannot wait to work with them again. I only wish we could offer more than 5 stars because they are worth it!!!

Solid Construction did everything as promised. They were always in time and they did a fantastic quality work. The job was completed in just few days, the price was great. We will be using them in the future projects.
