We couldn't be more pleased with both Lowden SavATree and the outcome itself. Everyone we worked with was very professional and truly cared about the trees, and we were very impressed with the skill and experience of the two men who did the actual tree work. The outcome was all that we could have hoped for. We aren't constantly cleaning sap and other tree debris from our cars, and the guys left enough of the branches on the trees so we didn't lose the privacy the trees provided either.

We contacted SavaTree to work on the trees that grow on the property or our neighbor, but overshadow ours. Jeff Bourque of Lowden SavaTree worked with our two neighbors and ourselves, and was able to work out an agreement to satisfaction of all involved. His team removed three trees and cleaned four remaining ones. The work was done professionally, timely, and with respect and mindfulness for all involved. They cleaned out everything and stored the wood as asked. Everything was organized in such a manner, that it did not disrupt our working schedules. It was truly pleasure to work with them.

Very prompt in scheduling meeting for estimate, and work was done promptly (within a few weeks). Very nice people to deal with and gave good advice. They did a professional job and cleaned up completely afterwards. Billing has been clear and straightforward.

Matt came out to do an evaluation and called back the next day to give his recommendations which included a deep root fertilization, structural pruning and cabling and spring treatments for winter moths. Recommendations and prices were in line with what I've seen from other tree service companies. Price of $155 is for the fertilization only and I am still trying to decide whether or not to have the other work done.

They do what they say they will, though their prices are high.

Representative came out next day to accommodate my schedule. Diagnosed the problem with my tree and gave me a price. I said okay and they came out later to spray and fertilize.

A company representative scheduled an appointment for an arborist to come to my home to look a my hemlocks. Matt arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me quotes for ongoing work. He promised to call me with the number for a landscaper who could plant the trees he recommended. He called that evening, as promised. We will follow-up on his recommendations.

Slight delays in coming, but it was the busy season. Their work was excellent. I did have them come back for a cleanup after the stump grinding, which they did the following day.

Lowden Sava Tree did an excellent job. We had a free consultation with Jeffrey Bourque, and a few days later, his crew came and did the work. They were on time, very polite, and explained the work as they went along. They cleaned up well before leaving.

These guys do fine work, keep promises, keep in touch, and mind all the details. Jeff Bourke is amazing; I called him out of the blue in January, and he remembered every plant he worked on last July. They were very nice to take away an extremely unpleasant pile of decayed lawn clippings, no charge. Thumbs up on all counts.

JEFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL DURING THEIR INITIAL FREE CONSULTATION. THE WORK DONE BY HIS TEAM WAS TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTERWARD. THEY INFORMED US ABOUT A BROKEN FENCEPOST DURING THE BRANCH REMOVAL THAT WE MIGHT NOT EVEN HAVE NOTICED (IT'S AN OLD FENCE) AND OFFERED TO FIX IT. ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT COMPARISON-SHOP THIS JOB, THE PRICE SEEMED VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

OVERALL A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY ANSWERED THE FIRST TIME I CALLED AND SET A DATE & TIME TO COME DOWN FOR THE EVALUATION, AND THEN SHOWED UP AS PLANNED. JEFF IDENTIFIED AN INSECT PROBLEM WITH MY BIRCH AND WE PUT A PLAN IN PLACE TO DO THE APPROPRIATE TREATMENT LATER AT THE RIGHT TIME OF YEAR. WE THEN DISCUSSED THE PRUNING THAT WAS NEEDED AND HE SAID THEY'D COME BY IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO TO DO IT - AND THEY DID! THEY WERE ALSO NICE ENOUGH TO REMOVE SOME FROZEN FULL LEAF BAGS I HAD LEFT OVER FROM THE FALL AND TO REMOVE SOME DEAD BRANCHES FROM A TOWN-OWNED TREE THAT OVERHANGS MY PROPERTY, ALL AT NO CHARGE. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A NICE PHONE MESSAGE SUGGESTING I CALL BACK IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS AND HOPING THAT I LIKED THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. IN SUMMARY I FOUND THEM TO BE RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMMUNICATIVE, AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND THEY DID A NICE JOB TOO. THE COST WAS PERHAPS A BIT HIGH (?), BUT THE GOOD SERVICE IS WORTH IT TO ME.

WE INTERVIEWED A FEW DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND LOWDEN HAD BOTH THE BEST PRICES AS WELL AS OFFERED GOOD AND SOUND ADVICE ON DEALING WITH A MUCH OVERGROWN YARD. AS HAS BEEN OUR EXPERIENCE WITH MOST LAWN AND TREE COMPANIES WHOSE EMPLOYEES ARE OUT IN THE FIELD ALL DAY, IT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET IN CONTACT AND GET THE QUOTE, HOWEVER, ONCE SCHEDULED THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB WITH A RATHER LARGE PROJECT. THE WHOLE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK ON OUR TREES AND SHRUBS IN THE FUTURE.

AFTER GETTING TWO ESTIMATES FROM OTHERS WHO NEVER SHOWED UP, I WAS DELIGHTED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, RELIABLE WORK PERFORMED EXACTLY AS QUOTED

LEFT SEVERAL PILES OF SAWDUST AND SOME ROOTS. LET THEM KNOW IT WASN'T ACCEPTABLE, THEY CAME AND CLEANED UP THE AREA

THEY WERE CALLED IN THE MORNING AND BY THE AFTERNOON THEY WERE THERE AND THE DEBRIS WAS REMOVED. THEY ALSO WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHER BIDDERS AND FASTER.

THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. NICE GUYS WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING

USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY GIVE GOOD INFO AS WELL.
