"Clean Dryer Vent David did an excellent job. The dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned . He offered some advice on cleaning the lint trap. I will have this company clean our dryer vent annually and they offer a major discount for repeat cleanings. My highest recommendation!"

"We?ve had Bright Works clean a 4000 SF home after we completed construction. The house was covered in construction dust. Cleaning a newly constructed home is a huge job and requires skill in knowing how to clean it without damaging the new surfaces. It was a very complicated job to clean and the staff shone like stars. The new homeowners moved into a showplace, the entire home was perfectly clean. The ladies cleaned every square inch of that house, including the windows, inside and out. We?ve had their team clean several offices for us, leaving them meticulously gone through. Lately, they cleaned our home. The two ladies entered our home and took a look around to access what was needed. They treated our home as if it was their own. I can?t say enough about the commitment this company has in being the best in the business. The entire staff, from Team Leader, Erika, all the way down the line are top notch in every way. I am very grateful to know them."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Roof raking helps clear snowfall from your roof and, in turn, you hope that this prevents ice dams. But can roof raking actually cause them? Generally, no, it cannot. But you should note that while, in some cases, you might successfully prevent ice dams from forming near the edge of your roof by keeping it cleared with a roof rake, they could still form higher up on the roof, where you are unable to reach. This may leave you wondering: Does roof raking prevent ice dams? While it is not a 100% guaranteed way to prevent them, it does help.

Yes, gable vents can let water in. That being said, this usually only occurs during extreme conditions like heavy rainfall. You can prevent water from entering through gable vents by adding a screen that traps the water before it can enter.

You should clean your panels at least twice a year. It depends on your location. In dusty climates (think the Arizona desert), you may need to clean your panels more frequently. Dust can dramatically impact the electrical output. If you live in a climate with extreme weather, you may want to check your panels seasonally.

For the best chemicals to clean a metal roof, stick to gentle detergents such as dish soap, laundry detergent, or car-wash soap mixed in a diluted solution of ¼ cup of soap to 1 gallon of water. These mild cleansers are safe for most roof finishes but are still strong enough to remove remaining dirt particles. Chemicals like bleach or acids can damage your roof, poison landscaping and grass, and pose a hazard to you and your family. If your roof is very dirty or you think it requires chemical cleaning, call a roof cleaning professional.

Yes, and they do it exceptionally well. Heated roof cables have two purposes: melting snow and preventing ice buildup. Ice damming happens when ice forms on the roof (usually where the roof meets the gutter) and melts stubbornly slowly, causing moisture to enter the roof itself and, therefore, the home.
