"Teddy Bear Carpet did a fantastic job cleaning our upholstered furnature and tile floors. Matt was very responsive and helped us set up an initial visit/cost estimate within a few short days. We arranged for him to come do the work about a week later. He arrived on time, even calling when he expected to be a few minutes late and did a fantastic job. We have been trying to get our tile floors to look clean since we bought our home a few years ago and had never been successful under Teddy Bear Carpet came out to help! Before starting on the floors he even tested a small area and made sure we were happy with the end result before proceeding with the cleaning process. The cost was very reasonable and exactly as estimated."
