Excellent experience with Diamond Construction! Laize & John were very professional, kind people. John was strait forward, easy to work with, right to the point what need to be done with most cost effective way. His cousin Edd done excellent work with his crew. All very pleasant and very professional. you could not ask for more! Very, very highly recommend this family business. would come back to Diamond Construction again for any siding needs and definitely would recommend this company to everyone.

Diamond was great. Laize were prompt in replying to all my e-mails and providing an estimate. The work was of high quality and done to my satisfaction. They did a terrific job installing shingles on our roof. They also fixed our chimney that was falling apart. John and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any roofing, siding or painting work.

After many failed attempts of connecting with friends/family referrals, I turned to Angie's List to research painters. I'm so glad I did!! The sweet lady (Laize) returned my call within 15 min and John met me on time to provide a quote! He even ran out to get some paint samples to help with picking out some colors. I can't say enough about Quality House Paintings professionalism and attention to detail. The entire crew was professional, punctual, quiet, detail oriented, and cleaned up after themselves. We painted the entire interior and exterior (walls, ceiling, doors, trim, siding etc) and the outside for what I considered to be a competitive price. They worked within a very tight time frame (we were moving in!) and got the job done on time. Thanks again Diamond Construction team!

John and Laize was great and he had a great crew working for him. Job was done in two days. the crew left my yard clean and no mess. The price was fair and they can work with more then three payments if you need. My wife and I love the new roof. Thank you all Diamond for the great service.

Provider was used by us in the past, and we had a very positive and trustworthy experience. His behavior this time around was a complete surprise to us, and we want everyone to know about it. Since he had worked on our main house doing our roof, we wanted him to do our roof in our summer home in Barnstable, Massachusetts. We got a few estimates, and we saved him for last, positive that when he comes we will get the best, price as well as the best person for the job. John (Diamond Construction) told me that since he was busy that day, he would sent his brother for the estimate. After measurements were taken, we were given a price. The price was in the higher end of the estimates, and we told him that we will not be doing the roof with them. He left our home, and meanwhile our relatives arrived from Canada.. Half an hour later, he came back. As soon as I show him, I said, I am sorry, I cannot talk now, I am having visitors. He said I will not bother you for two long, can you do the job with this number?? He had the number written on his I phone. I said that's more like it. I asked when he can do the job. He said probably next week. Monday I will bring you samples. Tuesday I have to pick up the permit and we will take it from there. I said fine. I called the two other people that I was considering, to tell them that they will not be doing my roof, because I had this person that I used in the past, and I will be using him. Since I had all the visitors, I got busy and I did not call him back until Wednesday. To my surprise, he said that he will not be able to do the job, he wanted an extra thousand dollars. After all he said, I will be coming from far. I asked him how come he did not remember that he will come to the Cape when he showed me the number of the cost on his phone. He said he had second thoughts. I told him that this is not good business, that I already informed my other two potential contractors that they will not be doing the job, and I will tell as many people I know about what he did to me. About 40 minutes later, at 10 o'clock at night, he called back, and he said that he would do the job. While he was talking to me, my husband was waiving No. In order to talk with my husband a little further, I told him that I will call him tomorrow. Next day, I called the brother that I dealt with in the past and I had such a positive experience, and I told him that I would do the job if I did all my dealings with him, and not his brother. he said fine, but I have to come out and measure again by my self. I said OK. How soon can you do that? He said on Tuesday. Now I lost enough time waiting for him. I told him that I would be loosing another week. He said sorry, he cannot come any sooner. At this point I had to call one of the two people that I was considering before to do my roof, who will do it honoring their estimate for three hundred dollars less.

The entire staff was excellent, from the first contact with John and Laize, who were very patient with my wife and me as we tried to pick out a color of roof from so many different choices. I appreciated their gentleness and show of concern for the decision. These two are a great team. Thanks too, for being such a great team of people to work with, providing a very pleasant experience.

The employees of Diamond Construction INC. showed up on time and began working immediately. When they came across an issue with the flashing around the chimney, they quickly spoke to me, explained the situation and were able to quickly fix the situation. They completed the job in one day and the clean up was great! We will look to hire them in the future for other jobs around the house!

My roof repair was the result of neglectful work performed by another construction company. I called Diamond Construction, Inc., who promptly remediated all of the problems that had been left by using another company. Diamond Construction, Inc. were professional from the onset. John came to my home within 24 hours and was thorough, looking at every aspect of my roof to determine the cause for the leaks. Rain water was coming through skylights and onto a newly installed walnut floor. John assured me he would find the issue and fix it without delay. John then provided me with a detailed written estimate after carefully looking at a portion of my roof that was leaking. In addition, they after inspecting the entire roof, John found several issues that I may have not realized were present, such as missing flashing around 3 chimneys. The company is run by a husband and wife team. Laize is wonderful, always on task and keeping the customer in mind at all times. She is proactive in making sure that the project is running successfully. John, the owner is all about customer service and although he keeps a busy schedule, calls are promptly returned. I was so happy with the roofing repairs that I hired Diamond Construction, Inc to also replace all of the gutters at my house. John and Laize are a super team but most of all trustworthy and super competent. The work that was done at my home was done with permits from the town as required by law, on time and as specified. No corners were cut, no issue was left unattended from start to finish. I am extremely happy that I found Diamond Construction Inc, located in Grafton, MA. and will use them again if the need arises.

They were here at 7:00 a.m. and never stopped until 2:30. Very professional, took care in the work they did, cleaned up yard. All were polite and hard workers. Would highly recomment these folks.

Diamond Construction came to my house around 7:00am and completed my roof in only 2 days, the project manager was in and out to ensure that our project was going smoothly as possible. Laize was very polite and professional following up with the project, she provided us exceptional customer service. Overall, the company did a great job and worked in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire John again for future projects.

We had our roof done recently by Diamond Construction Inc. They use quality shingles, full synthethic underlayment on the whole roof, competitive pricing, prompt and courteous service. Laize was very professional and efficient answering all my e-mails. Ciro stayed all day making sure everything was running smoothly. We are very pleased with the new roof.

Overall my wife and I had a great experience. They are very quick to respond, friendly and informative about the project, Laize answered all my emails. The crew showed up at 7:30 am and the entire job was completed within one week. The crew worked fast and professionaly as we were told to expect. No smoking, no music just straight work. The work site was cleaned up better than when they started. The siding of our home was over 35 years old, with very poor conditions and honestly, was the ugliest house of our neighbors lol. Now we are VERY happy with the new vinyl siding, the house was beautifully done. Before the project stared, we decided to replace all the gutters and he invoice had to readjusted, because the gutters were not included in the contract, that is understandable, all the project details and the cost was very well explained on the day I signed the contract with them. Everything came out excellent. I have already recommended Diamond to two friends and a neighbor also spoke to John on the job about a possible roofing job in the Mid-of May. Once again excellent workmanship and customer service. Thank you Diamond Construction Team!

Overall it went very well. They were around 6 crew members came in the morning 7am and completed everything by 5PM which was what we wanted. The entire roof (shingles) of the house had to be replaced along with the plywood on most of the areas. Because of weather we wanted the work to be done as early as possible which they did it perfectly with very good material. Once the work was done the cleanup was also as they mentioned and we were very much satisfied. We would call them again for sure if needed.

I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. I bought their big deal off of Angie's list in November and they were able to get my roof replaced, including a lot of repair work (I had several leaks), before Christmas. They were on time, worked seriously hard and did everything they said would do. They started on Friday and had my entire roof shingles cleaned off when a pop-up storm showed up around noon that turned into an all day rain (the weather forecasters got it totally wrong). They got tarps and quickly covered the entire roof. They said they would come back on Saturday to finish. They worked on Saturday from early morning until after dark. They came back Sunday and worked almost the whole day to get everything exactly right. Everything was laid out in a contract and the extra repair work was told to me before they did the repairs. My roof looks great. They are very pleasant to work with. They respond. They show up. They do what they say they will do. I had a quote from another roofer a couple of years ago that was more expensive before any repair work than the total that I paid Diamond Construction. They are very fair and provide great service at a great price. I could not be happier.

John and his wife Laize came out to my house to give me an estimate. They were very prompt and professional. I was impressed with John and his crew from start to finish. When John came to give a quote, he was thorough with his inspection of the house, answered all my questions. He stuck to the quote given, even though the cost of the supplies had gone up a little. They arrived on the day they said they would, and went right to work. They got the whole house done, including the re-leading of the chimneys, the flashing and eaves back up in three days. The cleanup was wonderful and they actually left the yard in better shape than when they got there. Even my neighbors were impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness. In general, the workmanship was excellent. No problems with them. They did what they said they'd do. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing roof work.

The roof was completed in two days and all the work was done well. Clean up was fast. They worked hard and long in the heat. The price was the best of three quotes. I did not haggle on it. They had to replace rotted plywood and add flashing on the chimney that was extra. Iliked both John and Ciro Malo as contractors. I also hired them to do my siding. My house looks beautiful.

Diamond Construction is a family owned business. John is the President, Ciro is the site manager and Rosa business manager. All three of them are very professional, reliable and were excellent. John Melo responded to my Angie's List request for an estimate within 24 hours. He came out the next day to look at the job. John and his team have many years of roofing experience and he explained in great detail what they would do. I have a 4000 sq. foot colonial with two layers of old roofing that needed replacing. Diamond's estimate was very competitive with three other estimates I received and decided to go with Diamond because of John's attention to the job and sense of urgency to get it done. He wanted my business. The team showed up a day before his estimated start date at 7:00am and finished within 3 days, even coming back on a Saturday to finish some details. The job went very smooth. His team was prompt, courteous and efficient. After removing the old roof we decided to add the recommended extra PVC around the base of the roof that had a deep V where it had leaked. A very reasonable $400 amendment to the proposal. Also, an additional chimney flashing and new lead were added for another $400 not initially in the original proposal which was quite reasonable. Diamond also at no additional charge removed and replaced three smaller roofs over the garage, and two bay windows. The work was done on time and on budget. Ciro was on site much of the time and consistently discussed what was happening and how the job was progressing. Work was done with care and attention to detail and quality. Couldn't be happier with the installation. Cleanup was also well done. Large dumpster they brought was removed promptly early Monday morning and you couldn't even tell they were there except for the sparkling new roof. Great job Diamond Construction! I would strongly recommend Diamond Roofing for small or large roofing jobs.

I had called for an estimate on replacing garage roof. One owner told me I was getting top notch, top quality liner, and my choice from 2 of 3 categories of shingles. I was told the same man would return, in the next week, once I had decided. It was not the same man, and this one, told me that no, in fact, I do not get the top quality "liner", nor do I have the choice of 2 out of 3 categories of shingles, "for the price we gave you". Too many discrepancies, and they refused to specify on contract the name of materials, they use a separate "worksheet" which is not part of the numbered pages of contract, the contract that you are to sign, has no specific mention of materials, other than "new and good quality". All I say is READ the CONTRACT offered to you, ALL of it, before you decide. And I am having trouble getting part of my $500.00 deposit back. Have called the BBB

After chasing and waiting them for two weeks, I started with another contractor. They were smooth talkers, they made me to wait for them for two weeks while my roof was cover with blue tar !. What an idiot I am. Honestly, I don't know any thing about the quality of their works.

Diamond was very punctual and professional. They did an awesome job installing the gutters/replacing the roof on my home. I would highly recommend Diamond Construction Inc. for any construction/remodeling needs.

He came to the House immediately after we called. He explained everything in detail. When he was talking he radiated confidence and honesty. We gave him the business right away, and we sign a contract. He told us that unless it rain, he would be here today, and he will bring many people so they can finish in one day. He did a little extra work, and did not charge extra. We are very happy with the results of the project, his quick response, his professionalism, , and especially his honesty. We would recommend him to anyone.
