The situation is very very simple Diamond Construction is saying that they never agreed to offer that service at the price Angies List sold the service for. Diamond was very clear that they will not do the work, Diamond told me to call Angies List and ask for a refund because they will never do the work. This is clearly an issue between you and your contractor, please leave me out of it, either get them to do the work by the end of 2017 or refund my money. It took nearly two weeks to hear from Mr Malo to schedule an appointment. I declined to do business with him.

Just OK. I had purchased a coupon deal through Angie’s List. When I called to schedule, the owner said there was a mistake in the printed deal. The advertised gutters were only standard, not high capacity (or something like that). I said fine, I was only looking for standard gutters anyway. I then mentioned some additional gutter work above and beyond the coupon for which I would be happy to pay more for. On the agreed upon day of installation it rained. But no one called to tell me the crew would not be coming. When I called, I was told it would be the next day. Fine, but a heads up would have been appreciated. Workers arrived on time the next day but knew nothing of the extra work. When we called again, the owner tried to get us to pay more for the coupon work saying it should really cost a lot more. We said no. We also skipped the extra gutter work because (A) they weren’t prepared to do it and (B) we were starting to get a bad feeling about everything. Quality of the work done seems good, but time will tell. Not a bad experience, but not an especially good one either. I will say that the workers were professional and neat, and they installed a rain barrel for me at the end which was an extra. I appreciated that.

The whole experience was great. After speaking with several other roofing companies who made me feel like they were doing me a favor by coming to my house to give me an estimate, I found Diamond on Angie's List. I was immediately impressed by how detailed Ciro was when he came to do the estimate. He really stressed how important doing the job right was to him bc that's how Diamond wants to build its reputation and business. The estimate ended up being 50% to 25% less than the others I received. The crew showed up on time and either John or Laize (sometimes both) were there everyday to make sure things ran smoothly. When the old shingles were removed and the wood underneath was found to be rotten John showed me pictures and explained all my options before fixing the problem. I was very impressed with the fact that John, when all the work was done, got up on the roof and pointed out a few things he wanted changed. I really appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness.

Excellent job. No complaints. John Malo, Diamond's owner, is very client oriented, seeking to satisfy the customer first and foremost. John personally came out to see us and make his presentation and visited during construction. We had a couple of minor issues not related to the job at hand, but they were quickly resolved. The roof looks beautiful, the job was done quickly, and John & his crew were very punctual. Everything was done according to the estimate. We're very happy.

Took about 3 weeks because of rain but they seem to work on our house only until finished, not switching project. Had to paint garage door 3 times because of weather.

Fantastic! From the beginning to the end, Diamond Construction was helpful, informative, and delivered on time as advertised. The sales pitch was no nonsense with no pressure - just simple advice of the options available. The price was competitive - not too high and not too low. They started the project on time and if it weren't for the weather they would have finished on time. In spite of the weather the work was completed within the allotted number of days first estimated. The crew was always thoughtful and courteous to my wife, who was home during the entire process. Clean up was completed at the end of each day. Punch list items were addressed promptly. And when we asked for an additional skylight for the master bathroom, they didn't try to gouge us on the cost for the additional work. The roof and skylights look beautiful and we are very pleased with the results. John and Laize Malo are great people to work with and I would recommend them and their crew to anyone who asked.

Jon and his wife were great, they provided me with pictures of the rotten roof wood and asked for permission before beginning replacement, since it was an unknown addition to the original contract. The work was performed on time and hassle free for me. I would highly recommend!

Amazing! No surprises, we paid what was quoted down to the penny. The crew were respectful, professional and friendly. They cleaned up SO well when they were done too! Not a single nail to be found.

The job was done perfectly. The whole experience could not have been better. John was professional and addressed all our concerns.

It went very poorly. I waited a week for the appointment. The man showed up with the wrong truck and no tools. He kept arguing that he is not a bird or animal remover (Like I didn't know that) What he really wanted to do was remove and replace all tiles on the roof. I told him that was not what I had paid for. He then stated the money I paid did not include materials. I said I knew that as well. In other words he was trying to talk me into an entire new roof or talk himself out of the minor job for which I had paid and regarding which we both knew all the details up front. He then stated he was not comfortable with the way I was speaking to him because I was in fact firmly demanding he do ONLY what I had paid for so far. I was then fed up myself so he left. I want a refund, please

It was extremely high based on what it was. I didn’t think that what they put out for the estimate on the vinyl siding and measurements were completely different than the ad they put out there. It was way out there. The promotion was a certain price for so many square feet. You would never be able to do a house for the ad was for, it was for like a piece of it. They came right out within a day or two. I did not use them, the price was too high.

Attention to detail such as repainted my interior trim. Very friendly and easy to talk to, explained everything. I would highly recommend!!

We recently hired Diamond Construction to put a new roof on our home. The job required stripping off THREE layers of existing shingle. The price quoted was very reasonable under the circumstances. Some boards needed to be replaced and they performed that work for a very low extra charge. The work was completed in less than three days and we were able to get back to our normal lives. The new roof looks great and most importantly - no leaks! There was heavy rain just days after the work was completed and everything held up perfectly. John and Laize really stand by their work and are totally professional and reliable. We have already recommended Diamond to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so for years to come. We just got a new roof by Diamond last week. Just in time for the first rain of the season! We originally got a quote 2-3 years ago by John but decided not to get a new roof at the time. We recently started getting walk up quotes from roofers doing jobs in the area and were shocked at the jump in pricing over the last 2 years. We decided to price around and by far Diamond was the best, most honest and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. We immediately decided to use them after getting a very similar bid from the last time we spoke. Diamond used the same roofing materials everyone else was selling so we didn't think twice. Diamond team were quick and did an amazing job. Customer Service is excellent, Laize always followed up. The roof was complete in 3 days and looks amazing. We would highly recommend them any time. We plan to do future jobs with them!

This is a great company with awesome service. The owner John is a man of integrity and even went out of his way to see me to make sure I was happy with the service. Laize was very professional and neat. My house looks beautiful with brand new roof and siding. I highly recommend them.

Diamond and his team redid our whole house, siding, gutters, windows, and paint. He is always available and communicates. The project took longer than expected but it was because we ordered custom windows and made changes which he was receptive about. His price for the job was quite reasonable. Highly recommended.
