"Two month after, the roof start leaking after a snowfall. After that every year the roof leaks in the winter and now it leaks in the summer after a rain storm. He said he has come to inspect the roof and made repair, but the leak is not fixed. Now he do not answer my phone."

"Well the planning and coordination portion went great. Ronaldo showed up on time and provided an estimate for the work done. He sent me a quote over email and I provided response of my acceptance of this and assumed coverage was in place. We agreed on services and cost, $275 for 2 weeks of coverage. That was the last of the great experience. Champion never showed up to do the work for the first snow storm after I left. I texted Ronaldo asking him if he was still planning to come by, no response. I then had to work to make arrangements, on Christmas no less, to have someone come plow my driveway. When I returned home my trip and had to do all the shoveling myself. This experience was awful as we had a week of sub-zero temps and that left a layer of ice that I still have on my walkway. No money was exchanged and I offered to provide $ to secure his services but nothing was requested. Even offered this $ as non-refundable. Goes without saying that I will not be engaging Champion for any snow removal or other services."
