Description of Work: They repaired some damage from a front end collision. The quality of work was excellent and Jon's work with the insurance company made sure I received quality parts instead of aftermarket parts that didn't fit correctly. He also communicated with me through the process so that I knew exactly what was going on. I am very happy with how the car looks after they finished.

Description of Work: I needed body work on the front bumper. Insurance covered the cost and the people at DBA Auto Body did all the insurance paper work for me. They even scheduled a rental car for me which was there when I dropped off my car. They were very professional and easy to work with. The bumper also looked great after they were done.

 + -1 moreI cannot say enough good things about DBA auto body. I felt confident right from the start when I spoke to Jon about the estimate. They did a fantastic job on my car and were extremely communicative about repairs, timelines, insurance, etc. I inquired about whether a new key (specialized) could be made while the car was there and before I knew it, he had arranged for it to happen with the dealer they work with. When an unexpected delay for completion of the repairs occurred, the owner called me and apologized, explained the reason for the delay, rented me a car until my repairs were complete, and had my car detailed for me. This kind of service is actually unheard of these days. The person that referred me to DBA said, "I would drive from Canada to have Jon work on my car," and I have to agree. My car looks absolutely fantastic and the experience was excellent. Thank you DBA!!

Description of Work: This company was great. We did this out of pocket and they gave us an estimate 1/2 off other estimates that we got. They said that they could work with the existing fender/ car parts and did not have to replace anything. They also finished the work on time and matched the paint perfectly. No complaints, you could never have told that there was any body damage in the past!
