 I found Dona to be very knowledgeable and able to explain, to a layman, all the parts and details involved in the repairs that would be needed. They were able to schedule the work to begin in a reasonable timeframe.Â
While the car was undergoing repairs, John, the owner, noticed a dent that I had missed that would affect the overall esthetics of the car if not repaired. I was called and we discussed the pros and cons of repairing a 5 year old car, and I was given a very reasonable estimate for the work and paint job that would be required to repair the additional work. I decided to proceed with the additional work.
The car was in the shop for close to 3 weeks. This time included having the insurer's appraisers come back out and time required to order the parts needed. Though this seems like a long time, especially to my son who drives the vehicle, the wait was well worth it. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! The paint job is unbelievable, perfectly blended and no sign of "orange peel" consistency anywhere. True craftsmanship and pride of work that you don't find much of anymore. They even vacuumed out the interior before we picked the vehicle up, no mean feat since we have dogs.
 This company provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. They informed me of costs and options throughout the process. On the Friday that we went to pick up the car, they stayed on the job until 5:30 pm to get the car ready for my son. His expression when he saw the car was the best expression of customer happiness and satisfaction that I have ever seen!
I would definitely recommend DBA Auto Body to anyone considering having body work done on their vehicle. They are a local gem that I hope is around for years to come!

More recently, I accidentally dropped my mother's diamond earring into a hole in the center console of my car. After several unsuccessful attempts at trying to recover the earring I called Jon in a bit of a panic. He said to bring the car right in. He and his men removed the entire center console of the car and after an hour of searching found the diamond buried in a slit in the carpet under a vent! I can't tell you how grateful I was for Jon's persistence. I was afraid the earring was gone for good. When they were finished Jon would not accept payment for their work. Incredibly kind. Jon and his team are very professional and friendly and know what they're doing. Jon gave me a detailed explanation up front of the work to be done and how it would be done. Upon completion it looked like a new car again. The quality of the repair work was flawless. Absolutely no sign that there was ever any damage to the car. Car was completed on time as promised. This was a very positive experience that exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend DBA to anyone that needs body work.

From the first time I spoke to Jon I could tell that choosing DBA was the right decision. When I dropped off my car, he explained that the work itself wouldn't take that long. First, they had to order parts. The insurance company would pay for non-toyota parts. He would have to order those, and if he wasn't satisfied with their fit, he'd have to have someone from the insurance company come over to see that the fit of that part wasn't acceptable and approve ordering the official Toyota part. DBA doesn't get compensated for the time this takes, but that's what it takes to achieve such fantastic results.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly and just fantastic. I cant recommend DBA enough!

First time using them and they now have a customer for life! They were honest in their assessment of the damages, actual costs came in below their estimate (and they told me!). They told me the car would be ready in 3-4 days and it was ready in 3.
