We were especially pleased that the color match was done perfectly. The owner is intelligent, honest and a perfectionist. He will answer all of your questions thoroughly as well as carefully explain what needs to be done. We are in our 60's and have had the experience to know quality work when we see it.

When I see a business getting 5 stars from literally every customer I'm a little skeptical. However in DBA's case they do indeed deserve 5 stars in every category. Of course, the work done was fantastic and looks as good as new. But more importantly, working with Dona and Jon made the process a breeze. They dealt with the other party's insurance company directly and even arranged a car rental for us. In short, they took care of everything. And the work was done a week before we expected it. It could not have gone smoother. DBA worked with the third-party's insurance company as soon as I put them in touch, collected all the money for the doors from them. Initially, DBA tried to fix the doors. They were not fixable so they had to be replaced, which of course cost more and caused delays. I never had to deal with the insurance company re: the change in scope or anything. Then, I paid for the door mirror myself, without any complications.

He was very good. He showed us how to save a few bucks from repairs that the insurance covered. He was able to make it look brand new and we almost didn't have to pay the deductible because of some of the advice he gave us. He bent over backwards to get us in. Very professional, very helpful, explained things very clearly. He worked directly with the insurance company. The car looked new.

They complete the repair, looks great. Will use them again. Job was done right and on time

Jon, Donna and the entire team at DBA were excellent!! I do not typically post reviews but this was one of my better customer service experiences in a long time. I stopped by a couple other local shops and with my initial interaction with both I knew I did not want them doing any work for me luckily I then found DBA. The entire team at DBA were very helpful and at the end of the project my truck is back 100% and they made the entire process as painless as possible. I would urge anyone who needs any type of Auto Body repairs to make sure to use DBA.

Excellent service and workmanship. Can't tell that the car was damaged in any way after DBA completed their work. The owner, Jon, was excellent explaining the process for fixing the car and breaking down the costs involved. Would definitely use DBA again and recommend them highly.

This auto-body shop is exceptional. The owner, John, is a pleasure to work with and is extremely meticulous in ensuring the job is done perfectly. He is honest, empathetic, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. Getting into an accident or scratching up your car can be a real pain and inconvenience, but knowing I have a reliable and trustworthy auto body shop to go relieves a lot of that stress. Also, the office manager, Donna, is exceptional too. I was totally uninformed on how the auto insurance/appraisal process worked after my first accident. Donna took her time on the phone with me to explain how the process worked and shared great tips as well. She was immensely helpful! DBA Auto Body has worked on our cars four times in the last two years and each time I was impressed by the workmanship, customer service and work ethic. Cannot recommend them enough!

I contacted DBA Auto body after finding them on Angie's List. Our car was involved in a minor accident on icy roads. My phone call was answered promptly and I was invited to drive right down to their shop for an estimate. Dona greeted me and we did an extensive walk around and estimate evaluation for the car. Besides the accident damage to the right front bumper, I had some repair work I wanted done (extensive scratches, wear and tear, dented rear door, etc) that were not an insurance claim. Dona walked me through the whole process explaining my options for used or new parts for the out of pocket expense piece. DBA also worked directly with my insurance company so additional appraisals and payments for the covered portion of the work would be efficiently handled with a minimum of delay. She provided me with a detailed estimate and photos which I was able to submit to my insurer before they even got their own appraiser out to look at the car. I found Dona to be very knowledgeable and able to explain, to a layman, all the parts and details involved in the repairs that would be needed. They were able to schedule the work to begin in a reasonable timeframe. While the car was undergoing repairs, John, the owner, noticed a dent that I had missed that would affect the overall esthetics of the car if not repaired. I was called and we discussed the pros and cons of repairing a 5 year old car, and I was given a very reasonable estimate for the work and paint job that would be required to repair the additional work. I decided to proceed with the additional work. The car was in the shop for close to 3 weeks. This time included having the insurer's appraisers come back out and time required to order the parts needed. Though this seems like a long time, especially to my son who drives the vehicle, the wait was well worth it. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! The paint job is unbelievable, perfectly blended and no sign of "orange peel" consistency anywhere. True craftsmanship and pride of work that you don't find much of anymore. They even vacuumed out the interior before we picked the vehicle up, no mean feat since we have dogs. This company provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. They informed me of costs and options throughout the process. On the Friday that we went to pick up the car, they stayed on the job until 5:30 pm to get the car ready for my son. His expression when he saw the car was the best expression of customer happiness and satisfaction that I have ever seen! I would definitely recommend DBA Auto Body to anyone considering having body work done on their vehicle. They are a local gem that I hope is around for years to come!

Excellent telephone conversation explaining company and the whole process of the car repair.

Recently, I had my infinity g35x repaired after a rear end collision. Both Dona and Maryann in the office were very friendly and helpful. They took care of the insurance claims and my car rental. Thanks to Jon, the owner, and the men that work with him my car looked great when I got it back. The color match and repair were perfect! I would absolutely recommend Jon and DBA auto body. More recently, I accidentally dropped my mother's diamond earring into a hole in the center console of my car. After several unsuccessful attempts at trying to recover the earring I called Jon in a bit of a panic. He said to bring the car right in. He and his men removed the entire center console of the car and after an hour of searching found the diamond buried in a slit in the carpet under a vent! I can't tell you how grateful I was for Jon's persistence. I was afraid the earring was gone for good. When they were finished Jon would not accept payment for their work. Incredibly kind. Jon and his team are very professional and friendly and know what they're doing. Jon gave me a detailed explanation up front of the work to be done and how it would be done. Upon completion it looked like a new car again. The quality of the repair work was flawless. Absolutely no sign that there was ever any damage to the car. Car was completed on time as promised. This was a very positive experience that exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend DBA to anyone that needs body work.

I was hit by another car in February during one of those horrible storms and the front left bumper was damaged. Once I got the appraisal from the insurance company, I called Jon at DBA. He gave me a date to bring my car in. It took couple of weeks because there was more damage underneath that the appraiser wasn't able to see. Jon kept me up to date on progress and even called me around 5 pm to let me know that they hadn't been able to finish the work that day but would finish it on Monday. The car looks terrific - you would never know there had been a collision. Jon is always friendly and good to work with.

Very well . DBA Auto Body Inc. took care of everything . I went there , explained the problem & Jon took care of the rest. We set up a time , he arranged a rental car, spoke with the insurance companies , made the repairs & returned the rental car. The job come out very good . Looks like a new car.

I just picked up my 2011 Prius from DBA Auto Body Inc and I am beyond pleased with their work! You could not tell that there had ever been any damage- all the paint and parts matched perfectly. And when I climbed into my car I realized that they had completely cleaned and vacuumed the inside too! I have a long commute, often eating in my car, and have a rather furry dog. The car looked brand new, inside and out! From the first time I spoke to Jon I could tell that choosing DBA was the right decision. When I dropped off my car, he explained that the work itself wouldn't take that long. First, they had to order parts. The insurance company would pay for non-toyota parts. He would have to order those, and if he wasn't satisfied with their fit, he'd have to have someone from the insurance company come over to see that the fit of that part wasn't acceptable and approve ordering the official Toyota part. DBA doesn't get compensated for the time this takes, but that's what it takes to achieve such fantastic results. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and just fantastic. I cant recommend DBA enough!

First time using them and they now have a customer for life! They were honest in their assessment of the damages, actual costs came in below their estimate (and they told me!). They told me the car would be ready in 3-4 days and it was ready in 3.

I highly recommend these guys. They have years of experience and still get excited about their work to make it great. Unlike the first two shops I talked to that were rude to me because I wanted to fix an older car (that I bought new and has been super reliable for me) these guys understood how I felt and took the time to discuss the pros and cons of fixing it so I felt confident we were on the same page. I told them my goal was to go one more 100K with the car and they took me seriously. They gave me estimates and stuck to them, and the same for the schedule. It was fun waiting to see what they did, and with the detailing (came with the job) the car looks like it is new. If I ever need work done again, I'll go back to them.

Jon Bainbridge and Dona at DBA Auto Body are wonderful to work with. My car was done within the estimated time frame and the quality of the work was excellent. I was only responsible for the Insurance deductible of $500 as the cost of the work did not exceed the insurance payment less the deductible. The damage was completely repaired and the paint was matched perfectly. I'd highly recommend DBA Auto Body in East Walpole MA to anyone wanting prompt, high quality service.

I chose DBA Autobody based on proximity to where I live and also because they had positive reviews on Angie's List. I was impressed with the attention to detail that Dona ant DBA Autobody had. I brought in my car to take care of a number of dents scratches on my Acura TL. During the walk through, to confirm the work I wanted done, she pointed some other dents, scratches I missed. In addition, she was able to point out a different paint color hue based on previous work that was done from another auto body. DBA Auto Body, provided me with 2 quotes option in terms of scope of work to be done. I am very happy with the quality of work and workmanship. Again as I mentioned above, Dona was able to notice a mismatch in paint hue that I never detected until she pointed it out during the initial walk through. Now my entitre car has the same paint hue throughout. The car was delivered to me in the time frame I expected and I will definitely bring any future auto body work to DBA auto body if required - knock on wood ;-)

The work was done according to schedule. They handled the insurance issues with supplemental work and arranged the rental drop-off and pick-up. The car was very clean and looked like new. We have taken at least 5 cars in to DBA to be fixed over the last 10-15 years. They are awesome!

My car had a couple of small (I thought) intersections with other objects so when I had the money, I decided to get it fixed. Jon at DBA Autobody was great. He gave me an estimate, explained all the options, and told me he would order the parts and paint the bumper so that all he would have to do was install it in one day. He told me that he would try to save the foam absorber and reuse it, but he wouldn't be able to tell until he got the damaged bumper off. I stopped by one morning on the way to work to go over the paint chips with him and we selected one that matched the car really well. On the appointment day, I dropped off the car. An hour later, he called me and sent pictures showing me that the damage was worse than we thought. He priced out two options for me so I could choose. When I told him which one I wanted, he had already ordered the parts in case he needed them. Amazingly, his team finished the car in one day in spite of the extra work. When I picked it up it looked like it came right out of the dealership. All the way through he was patient and explained all the options to me so I could make the best choice. A great job and really great folks to work with!

DBA was fantastic to work with from start to finish. On the initial phone calls they were clear about what the process would be like dealing with the insurance company, what the steps were to get the car repaired, what paperwork was involved, and how to arrange for a rental vehicle. On the day of the car drop off, DBA folks handled all the coordination with the rental car company, gave me a walk-around on my car to discuss the damage and the necessary repairs. When I e-mailed for an update they responded quickly. The car was ready in 9 working days, which was just about what they told me to expect when I dropped the car off. The quality of the work done was excellent. All the areas with damage look like new and they even detailed the car for me, which I wasn't expecting. DBA also did the necessary negotiation with my insurance company to make sure that they got enough money to use OEM parts on my car, which I really appreciated. Pick up of the car went as smoothly as drop off. We just left the rental with DBA and drove off with our repaired car. All in all, a fantastic experience, and should I need an auto body shop again, I will definitely take my car to DBA.

Excellent! This is the fourth time over about 10 years that we have used DBA and each time their work has been perfect. John and all of the staff are easy to work with, patient, explain in detail what they are going to do, provide you with an estimate, and for the times we went through insurance, we were able to have a rental car at DBA and for us to drop it off there (they work with the rental agency to make it easy for the customers.). Each time the work was excellent, everything looked like new. This last time we took our 2006 Mazda 6 in to have a deep crease behind the driver's side rear door repaired. John went over the car with us when we dropped it off and the work done was very close to the estimate. Dropped it off Monday and had it back on Friday. The paint match and blending were perfect!
