"From the first contact with Gary Locatelli Smith I knew I was in the hands of a professional with a long history of great customer service and experience in the trade. He answered my email and phone call within two days, and set up an appointment to come to my home within a week. I showed him the fabric I had purchased and wanted to use and after he gave me a quote on the cost for two sofa slipcovers I readily agreed and he started cutting and measuring the slipcovers on the spot. I provided the material so I only paid for labor. He did a wonderful job on the slipcovers, which fit to perfection. I originally wanted a certain style of slipcover, but he made other recommendations based on the material that I provided and I am so happy I agreed to it. In addition to the two slipcovers he also upholstered a bench using beautiful nail heads and reupholstered a day bed. I was satisfied with the time it took and would use him again anytime! P.S. Nine years ago I paid double for 2 sofa slipcovers using another service, which is why I didn't use them again. Locatelli Smith Interiors had my business as soon as I met Gary and he gave me the quote. He stuck to the quote and did a great job! He knows what he is doing! I couldn't be happier to have found a great upholsterer!"

"Derek was the best handyman EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He repaired some roof tiles and the wood on the inside of the shed. It had leaked inside and the wood needed to be replaced. He worked until everything was done, even though it was late. He also repaired a piece of the ceiling in my dining room, that I had asked others to repair and they would not do the work. "Vahe is a topnotch artisan/craftsman who did a superb job of creating a cabinet for a new washer/dryer in my kitchen. He understood exactly what I wanted and drew up a plan to accomplish that. The cabinet has a double function as it also serves as an isle with seating for three and a beautifully finished hardwood maple table top stained to match the kitchen cabinets. Vahe kept all scheduled appointments and was always on time. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Cost was discussed upfront and a fair price agreed on.
