They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"They used my original flagstone and removed broken concrete joints and replaced it with new concrete. The repair is a huge improvement. It looks better now than the day it was installed. I have no doubt it will last for ages. I am very happy with the professionalism of the staff. They had originally quoted me an extensive redo of the step that was triple the money, but when I explained I only wanted a simple repair, and I did not want to redo the foundation, they were very understanding and adjusted the scope of the work from one full day to a 3 hour repair. I am selling the house and did not want the expense. This was a Angie's "big deal" so I got a $300 discount on the work. I was not home when the did the repair, but when I came home, everything was neat and clean. I would definitely use them again.
